The 2 week loading phase has always been a recommendation when starting out on Creatine, it even says so on many of the packages, as for the reps themselves, the difference in most of them is so negligible that it would be impossible to say whether the overdosing worked with the exception of the squats, that was a fairly big jump to be fair.

Loading phase is all bullshit, its just so you go through it quicker and buy more.
If you're around 140lb, 60kg, you really dont need more than 1-2g per day. Loading would be double for a week. So 5g per day for example. A bigger guy could load with 10g, do 5g daily. But 15g per day to load the muscles really isn't needed, speaking from experience. Literally pee'ing away your money.

Important to note that overuse of creatine monohydrate can be hard on the kidneys, so if high dosage use like this is done over time I would recommend checking your bloodwork. Great vid 👍

Thanks for posting this! My GFR was lower than it should have been, but my creatinine levels were higher. Creatinine is a byproduct of creatine so it’s not always a bad sign in blood work, but it’s the GFR which you want to play close attention to.

To use creatine you don't need a loading phase.
Still if you choose to do one, then do one. It doesn't matter if you are cutting, bulking, maingaining etc.

I was taking creatine before going on holiday and finished it all, I had a 6 week break from gym due to the holiday and now I’m back in the gym as normal, I definitely want to buy more creatine because I definitely notice the difference, however, I’ve noticed my protein no longer do 500g or more only 250g do you know why this is?
I took creatine and it finished and so I went on Amazon and bought some more creatine.
Accidentally did this when first starting thinking you needed a loading phase and felt like I was dying at a rugby session because I didn’t drink enough
Yeah, tbh, I wouldn't recommend the loading side of it. Personally, I only consume three grams before bed.

You should try a 5x recommended dose of Fazer chocolate
It takes 3 weeks onwards to get it to kick in not 2 weeks, also by overloading on it to get it into your system quicker you can end up with stomach cramps.

im 55kg, i took daily 5g and my kidney or liver cant remember which 1 it was but ended up getting hurt by the amount of creatine i had in my body. if you're a small person like me 2g a day is more than enough.

thumbs up on the video. here in the US creatine usually says 5mg per day, and it's customary to double everything. so maybe 5x isn't necessarily the case.
If your pre-workout supplement already contains 2g of creatine, and you're planning to start a new phase with additional creatine supplementation, should you go through a two-week loading phase where you take 15g of creatine daily, and then decrease to a maintenance dose of 3g, thus achieving a total daily intake of 5g of creatine?

Had massive hairloss after 4 days loading with around 20-25 grams. Instanly stopped and it took around 2 weeks before my hand was not full with hair anymore alone udner the shower where it was full visible. Have much fun

I did 10 for 3 months and became an absolute monster, even at my landscaping job a completely blew my coworker's production rates out of the water. I ate tons of fish tons of veggies and traditional Chinese meals. And my favorite was Shepards pie with about a lb of beef and veggies...fantastic
