  • It's time for another training video, and my favorite day to go to war on the weights. LEG DAY!!! I didn't get everything on video, but I got most of it and also threw in some of the posing/inversion table stuff when I got home. There's still plenty of work that needs to be done over these next several weeks leading into this show, but that's why I love it so much. Because it takes WORK, and that's what makes champions. Mediocrity has no place in my life and it shouldn't in everybody elses. If you're going to do something, do it well! I can't wait until show day, LET'S GET IT!!!!!

    To overload the leg press more, do one leg at a time and work to 13 plates each side for a single leg! 😉🏋️
