It's easy , just take the impression of the fractured tooth with silicon as demonstrated or use butty system , after taking index use a round end diamond stone to re-establish the contour of the broken tooth on to the impression, then proceed as follows in the vid .

A transparent incisal shade, or transparent enamel shade depending on the adjacent tooth shade and transparency. The shade on the model was Inspiro Skin White.
You can still make the silicone index without prior wax up. After you take impression of the palatal side, you can modify the silicone index using fine burs, following the shape of supposedly palatal shape. It saves time.
The best artificial walls to achieve good anatomical proximal contours are the metal sectional matrices for posterior teeth (Garrison, Tor, Pulpdent etc)

Take alginate impression and build that cavitated tooth by composite or wax on cast then take silicone impression to use that in patient mouth

Hi how do you make the silicon index if the tooth is already broken?
By mock-up, creating the tooth volume and palatal anatomy. Also you can take an impression, create a model and wax-up the broken tooth.
