I live in the UK and if your teeth are considered bad enough you can get orthopaedic care for free. My teeth are healthy because I brush them and look after them, but when I was a kid my teeth were really, really crooked and crowded. Some of my teeth actually sprouted out the front of my gums instead of where they were supposed to and I always thought they looked like messed up vampire fangs lmao Going through the prep for my braces has helped me not to be afraid of dentists. I’ve had multiple teeth removed (adult and baby) in prep to make room for my braces, and all that pain and discomfort was 100% worth it. I used to be scared of dentists as a kid, but now I’m excited for my visits. To anyone reading this, please brush your teeth. Even if your teeth have decayed already, even if you’re missing teeth, even if you think you’re so far gone that it won’t make a difference, please start now. You’ll save yourself hours and hours of agony and you’ll feel cleaner and more confident!
I agree I am so afraid of the dentist I have so much anxiety 😳 😬 I have some teeth issue's I am getting fixed every time I go to dentist I panic but today I felt feeling a bit of peace my broken tooth is getting fixed I went a few month's panicking it would break completely if you fear the dentist just be brave and show up:)
Thanks now im going to the dentist i was so scared! I have a tooth that has a hole like in the video, and when i brush it bleeds! I was really worried about it, i didnt really care about my teeth until now, that i found that tooth, i always brush my teeth well! Thanks to you and dr arkhe de leon
I had this tooth decay. Like regret not spending time looking at the mirror back then🥺 So I lost confidence from 7th grade till grade 10. Then, There's a medical mission in town and I was given a chance to get my teeth fixed. I was so thankful for those dentists who had helped me. They are blessings from above. Tho now, the other 2 got decolored and got tooth problems still, but the experienced of getting helped got me in tears while the dentist was fixing my teeth back then🥺... I wasn't able to ask their names🥴but supper thanks🥰 Thank you for them Lord🤗 This Dentist here is doing a great job too😍✨ I supper agree, Dentistry is an art🤗 Dentists creates master pieces 🎊 God bless everyone!
I know exactly how this patient felt like. I finally got help here in the US from a huge Dental Program who helps people who are on disability/Medicare with No dental insurance. I desperately needed my health back and my smile back. I went from totally ruined teeth because I had No dental insurance and couldn't afford to go to a dentist to a brand new set of beautiful teeth. I'm so thankful. Having bad teeth and having no way to take care of them is very embarrassing and yes you lose your confidence. My smile & confidence is back now too thanks to a wonderful Dental Program who helped me.
I feel like that too. I had many years in which my dental care was neglected. Some of it due to loss of insurance and loss of enough money. But I have certainly improved the health of my gums and my remaining teeth tremendously. I hope I can go forward with saving my remaining teeth and keep those in the best of health.
I would give a kidney away for a smile again. Honestly, never realised how much you are negatively affected. Especially now when every single celebrity has veneers. I always look after mine but with illnesses on n off for years and certain medication my teeth have taken the toll. I've genuinely haven't smiled more than a closed mouth smile in many years. Great work. You probably made the patients whole year.
Don't worry you're not alone 😞 Haven't passionately kissed my wife in maybe 6 or 7 years! She's gotten use to it but I still feel like a horrible husband. It's time we elect officials that's ready for the US to join the rest of the world with healthcare for all!!!
@@muhfkajones I'm from Scotland. So the NHS pay for the vast majority. However, they use dark metallic for filling cavity. So it looks rotten even when they aren't. Quite depressing that if u had this in America you be bankrupt anyways I don't live there and I live in the UK so this would be free in a NHS dentist but this dentist in this video works In a third world country I think in Philippines
I wish I could afford to see a Dentist like you. You do amazing work. I'm hoping I can smile again one day and not hide my teeth. I turned 40 today and I'm hoping in afew years I can get mine fixed. Have to pay for my kids school right now. Anyway I love the videos. Keep up the wonderful work.
I also have 2 front teeth like this patient. Drew all the courage I could muster and went to the dentist. But the dentist told me that it should be removed. Did not ask for a second opinion, just accepted what she said. So on the day of removing the 2 broken teeth, she accidentally made another tooth loose and said that she has to remove it also (making me loose 3 front teeth in total). I don't need to pay for the 3rd tooth removal, she said, it's for free, she said. I'll let your mind think of some reasons why it's for free 😹 I was 21 then, now after 5yrs, aside from having front false teeth, I also lost my confidence. Guess it was also removed together with those teeth. And yes, I am again afraid to step foot in a dental clinic.
I wish my dentist cared half as much as Dr. Arkhe does with his parients. My dentist was lazy and didn't care at all to make sure my smile looked half that good and that it was done properly. He screwed up my tooth and now I have a hole I really don't want to go back to have fixed because he rushed the last work and it was bad to deal with. CONGRATULATIONS to Dr. ARKHE for making the patient feel better about their smile.
I never been to the dentist, could never afford it, I take care of my teeth as best as I can. Those who can afford dental work, yall are truly blessed. That is just something I didn't have the opportunity for

No, they like me are wondering why the man has no slow speed drill, why the dam wasn't clamped, tooth 9 looked rather close to needing root canal. The result was nice but that patient isn't biting into anything cold. ..
High speed drill without cooling ... When you're working with caries it's better to use another sort of drills, and słow speed handpiece Clamp isn't necessary Total etching wasnt necessary ...

I wish we had dentists like you here where I live, my father really needs people like you His tooth is infected and could go septic, he’s been rejected by every dentist his insurance would cover. Love that it is an art to you, keep going strong friend 🙏🏻
LOL good for your father I bet he's dumb anyway. Could've all been avoided by actually brushing his teeth but he's too lazy to do it.. I'm surprised he didn't leave you as a baby and actually pays for child support
@@shototodoroki3543 why are you so toxic lmao, you dont even know if he’s REALLY lazy to brush his teeth maybe he had another problem with his teeth’s? Don’t need to be mean about this
Yeah the real problem is each patient is different, your father needs to see a dentist and actually listen to their treatment ideas, sometimes (and it sounds like that in your case) a tooth can’t be helped and the solution to avoid things such as sepsis (I know it’s used in a wrong way here but I understand what you’re talking about) is to pull the tooth. Restoration such as the one in the video are an option if the tooth is in a decent shape any severe periodontal issues that are beyond GTR and other stuff or simply “rotten teeth with carries going beyond the crest margin (if it’s still there) and it might just be a waste of money to try and restore it with composite, eg. You wouldn’t install new railings on a sinking ship. It’s not laziness or lack of ability its medicine. Depending on the state of the remaining alveolar bone there are multiple options varying in pricing.
There are dentists like him Everywhere lol why people act like this guy is the only one to ever do this procedure? haha the thing is , people that have bad teeth dont go to the dentist…obviously you haven’t been seeking one out to get a consultation because they are not that hard to find.
I had six teeth restored like this. It took hours over three appointments. It was worth it and cost a fraction of the price of veneers. They now look perfect. Definitely a work of art.
Incredible achievements Science has made. I feel blessed to be treated for cavities in my two molars by a well trained Dentist. It feels so relieved after the root canal. Great job👍
@@methamphetamememcmeth3422 I was a bit nervous too before RCT and Cap placement and to say it frankly, one experiences hell while undergoing the treatment and even a few days after that, but once your mouth adjusts with the cap, it hardly even matters that once upon a time there was an aching tooth. Have some patience, u will recover too. All the best👍 Ps: The teeth seldom aches during seasonal changes and thats quite justified.
@@aakarshankhatri Yeah. My 3rd molar cavity is still recovering. For the first time I have cried in a hospital. It was a nightmare getting it removed. The doctor said to give it at least a month and then think about other molar.

My past addiction really messed me up, i have a partial now and i am 4 years clean from drugs, guess i will always carry the scars from it though. I have nothing to blame but myself. Im just blessed im still alive.
I'm jealous of other people because of their beautiful teeth, they always make fun of my uneven teeth and the damage below my teeth, so since then I haven't talked to anyone because I'm ashamed to speak because they stare at my teeth.
I feel the same way! Madalas kc un agad tinitingnan o napupuna ng ibang tao kapag nakikipag communicate ka sa kanila. To be honest, in my experience kapag pinapangiti ka ang hirap gawin, lalo't alam mong tatawanan ka lng pg ginawa mo yun. Sungki nga naman ngipin ko sa front. Ang hirap mamuhunan sa ngipin, kumpara sa ibang parte ng katawan. Sa totoo lng may kamahalan talaga magpaayos ng ngipin.
@@mukymakazuki2218 Yeah i understand sir thanks for your note 😂😂😂😂😂. I can relate to this person. When I was 18 my orthodontist recommended that I have two of my 4 baby teeth removed (the two on top, I still have the two on bottom). I wore braces from 18 to 24 while we tried to shift two teeth into the area previously occupied by the baby teeth. Once the teeth had shifted, the doctor had put in fake placement teeth into the retainer so it wouldn't look bad and the two teeth that had been moved would have something to help them keep in place. Well, the placement (fake) teeth started to rip into my gums and I stopped wearing them. Admittedly, 18-25 is not the time for a young person to have braces; my mind was more focused on money, girls and partying. Long story short, after I stopped wearing the retainer, my girlfriend couldn't look at me the same and she left me. I fell into a severe depression, which I am still in. I tried to take myself out because I don't see a light at the end of this tunnel. For the past 15 years, I have stayed home playing video games and avoiding social situations at all cost. It has affected my friendships and relationships. I look at myself in the mirror and I think to myself, "I look like a monster." I hate that the health medical organizations look at this as, "cosmetic dentistry", because it is so much more than that. It affects my mental outlook and how I act and react to people. No one should have to go through this in life. Ever. So I ask, can you please help me? I'm poor, I can't afford the work. I want to change my life for the better.
You shouldn't let your dental issues hold you back. I understand how you feel, but in the larger scheme of life, we should be grateful for good health. One of my front teeth has a slight chip. It Is Noticeable. People learned to accept me for who I am. If they didn't accept my defect, I didn't want them in my life. Good luck.

Wow, I'm 46 years old and missing 2 front teeth. Through the years, I've always worried more for my children and wife than for myself. Now that our kids are grown up, I wish I had enough money to get my teeth fixed so I can smile the way I used to back then.
We are forever being advised by dentists to look after our teeth. Sadly for individuals in my country (UK), dentists charge such extortionate prices for treatment that individuals such as myself can't afford the work that needs doing. It's no wonder people go to countries such as Turkey to get the work done at a much more reasonable price. An example of this would be..my sister needed a front tooth inplant, a cpl of crowns and the rest veneered. The price for this treatment in the uk was near £20K, the price to travel to Turkey, the hospital accommodation and the treatment I've mentioned above, came to a little over £3K. There's a hell of a huge difference there and makes one realise the ppl of UK are being scammed massively by UK dentists.

What is the name of this program if you don't mind?
I feel like that too. I had many years in which my dental care was neglected. Some of it due to loss of insurance and loss of enough money. But I have certainly improved the health of my gums and my remaining teeth tremendously. I hope I can go forward with saving my remaining teeth and keep those in the best of health.
almost as if universal healthcare was a good thing
Can I please get the information for the dental program please and Thank You
I would give a kidney away for a smile again.
What happened to them, is it discolouration, decay or something else?
Don't worry you're not alone 😞 Haven't passionately kissed my wife in maybe 6 or 7 years! She's gotten use to it but I still feel like a horrible husband. It's time we elect officials that's ready for the US to join the rest of the world with healthcare for all!!!

@@shototodoroki3543 idiots be like
Yeah the real problem is each patient is different, your father needs to see a dentist and actually listen to their treatment ideas, sometimes (and it sounds like that in your case) a tooth can’t be helped and the solution to avoid things such as sepsis (I know it’s used in a wrong way here but I understand what you’re talking about) is to pull the tooth.

Beautiful job.
Why would you still have baby teeth at 18...? They fall by around 6 years old

Wow, I'm 46 years old and missing 2 front teeth. Through the years, I've always worried more for my children and wife than for myself. Now that our kids are grown up, I wish I had enough money to get my teeth fixed so I can smile the way I used to back then.
Me too
me too henry...I hope you can one day enjoy your smile again.
Maybe you could start a fundraiser! 🥰
@@Ethericrose My mum also went to Turkey to get her teeth done 😊
Amazing! I had bonds like this for 20 years. No doubt these would last this long too! Obvious pride in work well done💞💞💞

That looks amazing. The doctor definitely has skills
The kind of dentist I really wanted 🥺 our dentist's here is just doing their job just to earn money and not giving their customer a satisfaction. Can you drop location Doc? 🥺🙏
Pretty sure the guy who asked is from Philippines too.
