The “Limes” we are sold in North America are mostly Green Lemons. The original Lemons were green and small. The Yellow Meyer Lemons, are actually a Hybrid of a Green Lemons and a Grapefruit! Great video!
I’ve been making Guacamole all my life. Coral makes hers almost the same. The only differences are, I use all fresh avocado 🥑 and I add a little finely diced, purple onion. I’ve always used both fresh and Lowrys Garlic Salt. I’ve never used black pepper and on occasion I will add a tiny bit of sea salt. I am blown away. I know that we as human beings, have so much more in common, than we have differences. God is good and I don’t believe in coincidences. Thank you again, Tallie Faye. You brighten up my day. ❤
@@sharkBite54 Surprisingly enough, or at least I was surprised, our Walmarts here in central Texas have a really good fresh salsa, but you gotta get the chunky version. It's better than the rest. It'll definitely do in a pinch if you can't or don't want to make your own.

I'm not a huge fan of HEB's fresh guacamole, but I'm betting doing it this way would make me like it better. I also like my guacamole chunky, same with salsa. This is a great idea for a summer snack, light lunch/dinner, or just whenever. Enjoyed the video! Thanks!

Y'all really did a number on me😂. I have brand new hearing aids and I couldn't tell what the heck was going on. My hearing is great except for high tones that I cannot hear. So I'm wearing these Bluetooth aids to find the right adjustments depending on where I am. Y'all keep cooking. I'm gonna watch whether or not there is sound. I Ain't Scared!❤

Sometimes premade guacamole can be cheaper than buying all fresh avocados . Just depends on the grocer.

To help guacamole 🥑 from turning black keep the seed pit in there & add lemon or lime juice 🍋 🍋🟩

What else can I use
I was watching a cooking show and they said storing the pit inside your mix will keep it from going brown.
I've tried every hack invented and none of them work except to put the lime juice on it and eat it 'til it's gone! Coral's looks scrumptious ❤

I am a true believer in adding the pit to the Guacamole.
My feelings are Lime/Lemon Juice along with salt and the pit, should keep the freshness!
