I mean it's a glass pad so you have to get used to it. I thought it was absolutely ok, but I'm not a Valorant player either. I've played on fast pads before. If you have been playing more controlled pads before, it will take you a while and you have to drag down your sensitivity. I guess
@domy6503 I'm currently using Padsmith The Empress with HSK Pro 4k on Valorant and Escape from Tarkov. I felt perfectly fine with it, but I gotta lower my sensitivity a bit in Valorant(was 1600 dpi 0.10 now 1600 dpi 0.07). IMO the only downside of this mousepad is it DESTROYED your mouse skates very quickly.
G-wolves and Sora original skates have become extremely slow after two weeks. Xray obsidian dots last the longest. Several months. However, I change the mouse every few weeks so it's hard to say.
@@Grumpy_DNA ah I gotcha thank you for the great response, I’m getting the obsidian skates atm :). I thought about spraying my old with pledge if you ever done that?
To be honest the differences are so small. If you can get used to a padsmith then you can play on a Skypad imo. Skates are much more important. There are big differences on a glass pad.
Have u tested the mousepad in tac fps? hows that?
I did, played a few rounds of valorant deathmatch. Had to drag down the sensitivity a bit, that's it.
@@Grumpy_DNA and it felt perfectly as good as ur speedy clothpads? Did u have trouble with flicks or maintaining stopping power?

@@khainui1237 how often will I've to replace my skates if I get this mousepad?
How long does your skates last for on average ?

I've never done that xD
unreal
You still use/recommend the pad?
I'm currently testing Skypad 3.0. But yeah it is in my rotation for sure! Great pad!
Will you release a video on comparing the two?

What skates would you recommend for the most controlled glide/stopping power on glass mousepad@@Grumpy_DNA
@@I3asyl definitely x-raypad obsidian mouse skates/dots.
