I can’t get mine to not hate my fingers. He absolutely hates them but for some mysterious reason he doesn’t bite my father’s fingers. I think he sees him as the authority figure of the house. They are pretty intelligent.
Have you thought of getting a female for either Kiwi or Pixel? I just got a Vision nesting box for Quigley and Mr. Nibbles, my two budgies. Who knows what might happen?

I have 2 baby girls (parakeets) but they won’t speak :( they just yell and scream but never say what I want them to say, “you’re a cute baby bird” Any tips-? Edit: kiwi loves kissing lol
Multiple birds will almost never talk - and females almost never talk. So, I'm afraid you'll have to just enjoy your birds being cute birds on their own!
Can only males talk or can females talk a little? I have two budgies and we don't know the fender yet bc they are young. One said "Good Bird" and I think that one is male, but one doesn't say anything and is much quieter. Does that mean that one is female?...

We don’t want to raise baby parakeets, so no.
My budgie used to love talking to these videos but he's so ill now that he can't speak, it's absolutely heartbreaking
