Have you ever bring both to outside or go to park?
No. These are prey animals and would not be safe for outdoor free flight. Budgies also have no homing instinct and can easily become lost. They (ours at least) don’t have recall like a dog.

We need a special cage for Kiwi, and inside, there are about a dozen pretty, shiny spoons. Kiwi is playing with them like mad. And the door is closed. Pixel is outside the cage, can’t get in, and has no spoons. He has to sit there and watch Kiwi inside, having the time of his life with the spoons. Might make a pretty darn satisfying video!
I believe such a bird (love bird) seeing it's reflection in a mirror is emotionally unhealthy !
It's not a lovebird, but I hear budgies are called lovebirds in India. Mirrors are only an issue if you leave the mirror in the cage with the bird 24/7.
