    Hi Joe. One of the most important question you answered is about privacy inside at night and uiu your answer is not because the lights inside and the darkness out side. But at night with out private, I’m able to see if have someone looking to my house or the light from inside make hard for the people inside see.

    We had massive north facing windows in our living room and it was like a sauna and the air com was on all the time, after fitting the film with the extra heat furniture hold it reduced the heat by 80%.
    By all accounts it holds the heat in the window and the breeze blows it away from the outside as well as reducing the sun's direct heat.
    Thanks bud, works like a charm.

    • @macysondheim
      @macysondheim Год назад +2

      Huh… if you’re in the northern hemisphere, North facing windows would be less hot than south facing windows. Did you even bother to check the windows direction, or the heat in the room? Light doesn’t automatically mean a room will be hot. It seems like you’re just making things up at this point in order to have a reason to complain about stuff in your house.

    • @oppositeistrue
      @oppositeistrue Год назад +6

      @@macysondheim I Guess it's because I'm in Australia and the north has hot sun hitting the windows the film holds the heat in the window and the breeze cools the window down.
      Obviously you didn't think of it.

      It's physics, there is no window film that stops looking in at night. You can't change the physics of how it works. The only option would be a one-way mirror instead of clear glass. That will always prevent someone seeing through but you can look outward.

    privacy with those "onesided mirrors"... lol... even at day time it can be see through... you need about 8x the strengh of light outside compared to inside... so no real privacy here... also this reflections may be disliked by your neighbours and or traffic and you'll get into issues... also you need to be careful with the reflection of heat if you don't have single plane windows...

      That's metallic tint. most of these films are carbon. the metallic is more expensive and doesn't necessarily have to be reflective to be able to block cell phone (radio/micro waves) you can get the blackest metallic tint and it'll block radio waves. while getting the most reflective carbon tint that does not block radio waves.
