Block or Allow Applications Accessing Internet in Windows 10 Firewall.
Windows built in firewall is a great way to control what comes in and goes out of your computer. Some programs want to access the internet for updates and other things, but some you might not want to update and you are happy to block internet access for them programs, you can even block a rogue process that is eating up your CPU by blocking its access to the internet.

To fully disable a program from the net, you must block both the inbound and the outbound of the program. The outbound is the info that is going out from the program and the inbound is the info coming into the program from the source of the internet.

I created a rule to block one program it went fine. Then I changed the same rule to block all programs, which also went right. But when I tried to enable all the internet connection that didn't worked now she now my computer is stucked with no internet.
Any suggestion how to restore the firewall to default ?

I try to click advanced settings but it says these files cannot be opened your internet security settings prevented one or more files from being opened. And no I cannot also even fix it through security custom level option. I'm blocked from doing anything! Is my laptop screwed and there is no way to fix this especially if I can't even do run or command options

Attention please.....if i want to disable an application internet connection there is tick mark option in windows defender firewall setting which says allow an app through windows defender firewall. Now the question is should i tick on a unknown app or remove the tick?

please help, the PC is connected to the internet but IE cannot display the webpage, also like the app stores everything is not connected. this happened when I reset my pc. everything becomes uninstalled. when i try to install 'Google chrome setup' it can't bc it says 'if using a firewall, white list GoogleUpdate.exe' every time. :(
