    The sound with the LTH is epic! Another awesome video from the Steeda Crew!

    I just bought an air intake for my focus. So excited to put it on. I'm excited to buy more of your products.

    Going to put this on the 350 and your dB representation is awesome. What I think gets missed most often though is the log scale of decibels: a 10 dB increase is a 10 fold intensity increase and twice as loud. In your video when in sport mode, factory was around 65 dB while the LTH scooted away at 85 dB. The math says that 85 is 100x more intense than 65 or about 4x louder...which seems excessive but the data is what it is. YMMV as well as your neighbor's 'sensitivity' to your car habits...
    A couple quick comments after installing my LTH res delete. It would be helpful if you mentioned the forward slip fitting is a butt connection and that the aft heat shield is welded onto the pipe at the leading edge of the heat shield. It would also be good if you mentioned the plan for not having any heat shielding...I'm reattaching the forward piece with 2.5" t-bolt stainless clamps (they're for turbo plumbing so the 2.5" is ID on the plumbing and they're good to go for 2.75" OD) and using header wrap for the portions aft of the factory shield. Ford put those heat shields there for a reason me thinks...

    Certainly priced right compared to others. I still like my stock sound, I don’t care enough to change it. Would like to hear in person though it might help me change my mind.

      It's always tough to convey the difference in exhaust tone & volume in a video. That's why we added the decibel meter. Hopefully this helps you make an informed decision! -Chris

      Steeda I appreciate the video. It’s well done. I’ve had your parts on my now gone 07 GT. Love your parts!

    Hi Guys, can you tell me the details of the wheels on the GT350?
    Cheers from Australia!

      I believe they're HRE P101SC Forged Monoblock Wheels. Hope this helps! -Chris

    So heat shields are not necessary? You can completely remove them?

      Was curious about that myself. They’re usually there for a reason and I’ve seen people go out of their way to retain them

    Does this give some good cracks and pops like the Corsa? It's between this and Corsa for me. LTH is nearly half the price though

      You could hear some decent pops on decel, especially if the car is warmed up. Watch the exhaust clips again and you'll hear, especially when the exhaust is in sport mode. Hope this helps! -Chris

    What about drone at highway speeds?

      Near zero. It was tough to even notice a difference over stock, believe it or not. Not sure why Ford included resonators on these GT350s in the first place. -Chris

    Does this require any tuning modification and does it throw any lights on the dash since flow is increased? Also is it okay to not have the heat sheilds on anymore or should you install new ones?

    • @steedaautosports
      @steedaautosports  2 года назад +1

      No tuning modification required as the cats remain untouched. No lights on the dash and the heat shields are no issue whatsoever. I run a resonator delete on my 350 after removing the heat shields with zero issues. Hope this helps! -Chris
