no need.. unless you reformat your pc, doing system restore or install new window update that make those service re-enable.. Then you need to run the bash file again..

You can read each service function: 1. Windows Key + R; 2. services.msc + Enter.
then you can look each service up.

Reinstall windows
Try booting up with Windows 10 installation disc on USB and try troubleshoot > repair. If that doesn't work you'll have to reinstall.
