First infected in March 2020 and have suffered with inflamed duodenum ( results from endoscopy) parodic stomach issues..it has affected me every day since and I’m constantly bloated and burping after food and have developed many food allergies. This is only one of many symptoms that I have been left with. It has been life changing for me.

Love the graphics... good refresher course on cell biology. I've noticed the inflammation with COVID 19 can be very severe, first time in my career, and I've worked Laboratory medicine over 25 years, that I've ever seen CRP's so high I have to manually dilute to get it low enough for the instrument to give me a number. Same way with D-Dimers, another predictor, of COVID 19.

(Doctors misdiagnosed throat infection as acid reflux) I raised the headboard end of my bed about six inches , it eliminated acid coming up at night . I would wake up choking every once in a while and swallow down the wrong pipe . Hasn't happen since. I sleep on stomach , no pillow. After cubed infection I couldn’t sit for vipassana meditation which I was doing for 10 years ( been a year now) my upper muscle gets contracted and bowl gets irritated and I stop meditation. I feel like because of stomach expansion due to more breathing( breathing in breathing out) during the meditation muscle gets contracted and causes muscle cramp, discomfort , indigestion.

Felt like a lump of material in my stomach . Food would repeat , never had that before . In June of 2022 symptoms move to intestines , very bloated , bad pain , unable to eat full meals. I had it again, not tested but same symptoms, but coughing this time. just not as bad, only lasted 3 days. (2nd time I was tested and was positive). Hi, firstly I hope you are better now. Have you noticed if your tongue has some white thrush too.if so it could be that because of weakened immune system fighting COVID you have caught candida a fungal infection, Try taking fluconazole for 3 days stay off milk wheat anything containing sugar no alcohol for few months till you feel better hope this helps God Bless you 🙏

Same for me currently. Really hard to put into words the exact feeling of bloated ness and weird random pains across my gut. Watching me diet now and taking probiotics. It’s getting better slowly. Hope u are doing better as well!

@@puneetdhingra094 I’m better thank you but still not back to normal. I have to eat small meals and I can’t eat anything greasy or too high in fibre. I did feel the probiotics did work a little and I also started taking bone broth and digestive enzymes which although I don’t see a massive difference I do feel they have helped a little bit in settling the cramps. I’ve recently had an ultra sound and stool samples taken and all are normal so now it’s onto the colonoscopy so fingers crossed it’s just inflammation 🤞🏼
