@@LisaCrosbie I've shared your video with my team already and wouldn't be against hiring a skywriter to get the info out 😂 Thanks for your channel and tips - I see them a lot and they're brilliantly useful 😍
Very helpful. Do you have recommendations if you're in a hybrid meeting with a remote and in person audience? the teams presenter view isn't great when mirrored to a projector for the local audience.
I do a lot of hybrid meetings and those are the toughest. I wouldn't use presenter mode for a hybrid meeting, I present the PowerPoint deck and share the screen where the presentation is. This really only works for fully online meetings.
Thanks for the reply! I actually was able to find Zoom offering a similar feature with shared screen control, where your screen control with other participants. Unfortunately its not focused for just power point but to all access of mouse/keyboard inputs. @@LisaCrosbie
WHAT?! This is not the Microsoft way. Internally, we: 1) open slide deck, 2) share our entire desktop in Teams, 3) present the slides in Normal View, and 4) ignore the other presenter until they say "next slide, please" twice. Please update your steps.
I wish I could like this a million times. Thanks for the tips!
Oh, that's a wonderful thing to say, thank you so much.
Super useful having the perspectives from the participants and presenters
very concise and useful. have forwarded to everyone in my team!!! thanks for (hopefully) saving my sanity
Oh I really hope it helps!
Thank you! I´ve been trying to do this for months and could not find a proper guide to do so. Thanks!!
Fantastic! Great to see this kind of collaboration and making it easy to work and present in Teams! Thanks for the protip!
Once you know those buttons are there, it really is easy. Hopefully this will help more people know about them. :-)

Brilliant tips, thanks Lisa!

Thank you so much, this was very informative and well produced 🙏🏼
Glad you enjoyed it, thank you so much.
This is brilliant! Thanks again, you are Awesome!
Thanks so much
I can't get the "take control" button to appear. I definitely have sharing permission for the meeting. Might be a New Teams issue.

Thanks Lisa good to know
This is nice. Will this only work on Teams? I wanna be able to this on Zoom?
It’s a Teams thing. Zoom isn’t a Microsoft system so will work differently.

LOL. I have seen that process in action many times. Attempting to re-educate the entire organisation one person at a time!
Thanks so much!
