My husband and I visited Japan last month. We had a nice time there, especially eating Japanese food. We ate everything! Food represents deep cultures. So we wanted to experience your wonderful culture. We enjoyed every bit of Japanese food. Thanks for sharing your beautiful dishes. nice video....i been in Ito Onsen Hotel Sun Hatoya many years ago and experienced a beautiful and delcious dinner...one of my favorite is kusaya himono (sumiyaki yaki aji) and of course agedashi tofu...the dashi is very rich and flavorful...im living in tokyo and looking the same taste but cannot find ....i tried to buy in seibu depato supa and odakyu supa but always failed and not even close...ordinary supa are more worse taste

@@kyodokan.japanese.cuisine :thank you too...i forget to mention that Sun Hatoya agedashi tofu is unforgetable not even the taste but also the aroma of dashi ...maybe the dashi used a good quality of kombu kelp and dried bonito...Keep up the good work and merry christmas to you....😇🎄
I always order Agedashi tofu when we go and eat at our Japanese restaurant, and they are always so tasty ,soft but crispy and crunchy .Do you use silken tofu or medium firm tofu? I found very soft tofu breaks easily! Eggplant is always delicious .Scallion ,ginger and daikon with chilli as relishes go well with the dishes.
