You are saving lives. Because of your videos, I checked my dryer hose and connections. The lint was just ridiculous, even coating the cement floor and wall behind the washer and dryer. I thought I'd cleaned well enough when we moved in two years ago, but didn't realize all the places the lint had been accumulating. We very well could have had a fire any day. And now the outside vent that used to smell like mildew has no odor :)

I worked part time in a coin-op laundry as a technician. The owner was not very good at maintenance intervals. When I finally got him to let me really clean the dryers as regular PM, we were able to cycle customers out faster because the wait time for dryers was reduced. He was less un-happy afterward.

Good save on finding and saving Frankie, your frog. He's too cute to lose. I look forward to seeing him on your adventures with the dryers and all the lint you excavate. Yes, it's more like archeology than cleaning. You never know what you are going to find. lol I'm glad the dryer gave you a nice tip for cleaning it. Now I'm going back to watch more of your older videos!!!

If the establishment kept their units in order, customers wouldn’t take so long to dry their items, and thus more folks could use a dryer, on top of which means more traffic rather than people balking at having to wait to use a dryer!
Just had ours cleaned out at home, glad I pestered my folks to do it, we needed new pulleys, drive belt, belt tensioner, and a good cleaning.
No more “infinite minute”! Now our dryer works in such a short amount of time compared to where it would reset its drying timer twice over because it could still detect moisture. Can’t wait to see the reduced gas bill too!

I must say it's extremely satisfying watching it go from clogged lint everywhere to unclogged. I have OCD and one of the things I tend to over fixate on is items being in the right place and areas being tighty. I clean my lint traps out each time I use the dryer however I do give my dryer and the ducts that are connected to a deep clean once a month (I have myself one child and two dogs). One of my OCD fears is that if I didn't clean something like the dryer correctly could the house catch fire. I also have a local company like yourself come clean the furnace and air ducts twice a year
