Code veronica all the way. It deserves it, and would be great if they add a couple new rooms or areas to extend game play since it only has 1 campaign. Would be even better if they add DLC of like u playing Steve and what u do up until u meet claire or something like that

The 2 DLC weapons, Sentinel 9 and Skull Shakers have references of their own.
Sentinel 9 is Leon’s weapon in the CG movie RE: Vendetta. In that movie, Leon fought through a hallway full of zombies, John Wick style. When the Sentinel 9 is fully upgraded in RE4R, it holds the exact amount of shots that Leon fired during the hallway scene in the movie.
The Skull Shaker will have Leon reloading the gun by quickly spinning the gun around. This is the same technique that Arnold used to reload his shotgun in Terminator 2, which was very difficult to do and almost broke him arm.
You are right but Terminator reloads with one arm still nice they put it in the game

@LuisxGee the skull shaker has more power rhan every other shotgun at 10x2 with exclusive unlocked and the sentinel 9 is a very good handgun that is able to use the Lazer for better accuracy and iirc it has 5x crit rate

Ramon was a difficult boss fight imo. Knowing you can take out the jerk with just a couple golden eggs is just the gift that keeps giving lol 😅

Died to him several times on hardcore. I was frustrated with being low on ammo, then I realised I could just take him out with my pistol.
He was easy as hell. Killed him with one rocket shot on standard 😂
Ashley getting the drop on that Regenerador by the bridge was one of my favorite moments in the Island portion of the game.

Code Veronica with RE4 treatment. Claire needs her time to shine. She’s got the moves, the one-liners and the damsel in distress.
Code Veronica was my favorite after re4
I never played though Veronica but it became one of my favorites when playing darkside chronicles back in the day
The real question is whether she'll be the serious one like in Code Verornica or the Goofball as she was in The Darkside Chronicles. Her and Steve's personalities swapped in each game
RE0 as well.
And Claire has sex appeal. My favorite heroine
This remake was very well made, regeneraters was my toughest challenge. I hope they make 5 next.

@@Rose-yu9nn if that was the case that woulda came before this remake. Those events take place in between RE3&4. 3 months after the destruction of Raccoon City to be exact, RE4 happened 6yrs later.

The lithograph puzzle in Chapter 8 features four images: Armour, Shield, Sword and Helmet.
These are a reference to the four keys you.must find in the original Resident Evil.
They better do code Veronica next. It needs an update. Especially the plane fight

The Matilda is also the pistol Leon started with is the RE2 remake as well. Alternatively for Ramon, hit him with a golden egg, two magnum shots then stab for insta kill
Re5 is getting the remake treatment. If any of you paid attention to the end of RE4 Remake when Wesker was talking to Ada you can see Excella and the underground lab from RE5 in the cutscene
Man i lovee re5 so much. It was so fun to play with my siblings. I really hope its the next resident evil remake and it better be couch coop
for salazar, don't throw "a couple" golden eggs at him, just throw one. one egg and like two magnum shots is enough. those eggs are too precious to waste like that.
This remake is amazing. The amount of times you can replay it before running out of new content and things to do compared to the average 2023 new release is completely unmatched.
Unmatched? I can think of many games released in 2023 that have much more content than RE4 Remake.

I hope they remake “Resident Evil: Code Veronica”, It’s a very underrated Resident Evil game.
I also thought when Leon sits on the throne was more of a reference to “Devil May Cry” because he does the same pose as Dante when he sits in a chair.

I Absolutely Love Leon's Stylish Reloader! He looks like a Absolute Badass!
In the valley where you first drop down there is a house in front of you with a locked door. You can jump through the window of that house and use it to funnel the enemies. Just don't shoot the lock off the door.
If you keep the door locked they all try and come through the window, making it easier to kill them all coming from only one direction.

Imagine a Dino Crisis Remake with the atmosphere like RE2 Remake, man this first Velociraptor you encounter that jumps over the fence if you try to avoid it would be pretty terrifying
While the gun is a reference to Killer7, that game wasn’t Shinji Mikami’s work - it was Goichi Suda’s (Suda51). Suda and Mikami are friends and Mikami advocated for Capcom to publish Killer7.

The village chief's name is Mendez, not Menendez. Also it's pronounced "zeh-lut" not "zee-lot". Also when you say you are not rewarded for doing tricks on the jet ski, that's wrong too. In fact your video shows Leon getting 1000 pesetas for doing a trick.
Imagine Dino Crisis in this engine and it will up-sale over RE for sure. Capcom stop playing with us
With RE: being my favorite franchies, it was so amazing to see this remake get the attention and love it needed. Also, the tie ins to previous games or acknowledgment from original titles, gave this such a warm and loving feeling as a cherry on top. Looking forward to a RE5 remake with some badass co-op and then the remaining games.

Honestly surprising that a few of these were actual secrets. Too many videos of this type show things that are only very marginally out of the way, but that basically every player noticed.
Wave Racer and the Breakable Bridge were both actually new to me.

Re5 truly, I'm younger than most of the RE fans and it was the first one I got insanely into. I did play the OG 4 but didn't beat it first. Resident evil 5 has such an amazing charm to me and being able to play COOP in the RE engine (not re:verse or resistance) would make my life feel complete

Code Veronica should be next there’s so many moments I want to see remade like Wesker vs Chris (1st fight in the series), the Tyrant in the plane, Nosferatu, Chris and Claire as the main characters (Claire’s search for Chris concluded from RE2 Remake), and Dealing with the batshit crazy Ashford siblings (Alfred’s mental breakdown/paranoia/cross dressing sniper, and Alexia’s god complex) they need to give Steve Burnside a new design he looks like a red headed Leon in the original.

Its just really annoying right? So in my first playthrough i shot it and it rung and he actually shut up
This a reference to the original game because when salazar has ashley and then sends you down the trap door
Leon quickly saves himself then salazar is there waiting to hear leon die then leon shoots in the speaker and it comes out salazars end and he gets really pissed.
I really like that detail.
Punch me or whatever, but this remake (taking all DLC into account) is way superior than the original in every aspect... something only RE1R achieved back in the day.

I personally didnt think 4 even needed a remake but they did a great job with it.
What truly needs a remake even before Veronica is the Outbreak Files. Those games came out ahead of their time and died off before the era of co-op games was in.
if you go into the church there is some bolt gun ammo on one of the bench, referencing the scene in the OG where Leon and Ashley got attacked by two crossbow wielding enemy
Dino Crisis deserves a remake next. Capcom has been teasing it way to much, for the next remake not to be DC. Plus website like Push Square have asked which game should be next & Dino Crisis destroyed every other game on that list including Code Veronica.

some more third person RE to be specific. honestly even 7 and 8 were nice also but RE2-4R are by far my favorits. i want more stuff like umbrella or tricell i just love the evil mega corp plots with underground research facilities
Killer7 game it was a shooter
I played on normal mode and salazar was the easiest boss dude.
It took me like a minute to kill him in my first playthrough
i just see that the matilda still be inferior that the orginal one about stat and is look like be the same for most of the equip not have see all but about magnum that the case
but im prety desagree about when u say in 0:54 about the remake is more harder i dont play it but some friend told me that is more easy and can clear the game in around 3-4h

Me honestly didn't get a chance to play code V. But me and a friend played RE5 co-op no split screen, just run together. Great memory would love to play a remake. I'm down for anything as long as it's still 3rd person. Not a fan of 7/biohazard because of the switch to 1st person. Do an optional switch button, or in the settings

Would only like to see remakes of RE5 and RE6 if they're actually reworks with more pronounced horror elements. Would definitely approve if they change these two more than they did with RE2R-RE4R. However, I'd much rather see remakes of RE0, Code Veronica, and RE1 (2002).
