Fantastic Vegan Garlic Knots

- It is hard to describe the excitement around my house when I am making these garlic knots. It is an absolute fantastic addition to any meal! It fills the kitchen with the most wonderful aroma. We find all sorts of excuses to make these, and I suspect you may too, if you give them a try.

In my family, the mixture of garlic and bread is never absent. We mash the garlic into a paste, blend with olive oil, then brush onto Italian bread "texas toast" style. It's very strong and lingers on your breath for weeks. Bug it's the only way we'll have it.
These look cute, but I have a feeling their not garlicky enough for my taste. As always take care and God bless.

Thank you so much for your video! Your relaxed presentation style is such a joy to watch. Your thermometer is amazing! Question: Can we use spelt flour or 100% wheat flour?
Yes, you can use 100% wheat flour. You may need to adjust the liquid in the recipe as whole wheat flour requires more liquid. If you use the spelt flour, I would add in some vital wheat gluten. Hope this helps. Thank you for the question.

Just made these and they are so flippin good. After freezing these...what temp and how long do I leave them in the oven for to reheat??
I am so glad you liked them. I usually reheat frozen garlic knots at 400F for about 5 minutes.
Yumm! May i ask, What kind of flour did you use? ...All purpose?
I use mostly all purpose flour with about a 1/4 cup whole wheat! Thank you for your comment.

Great question! I don't think almond flour will work very well in this recipe.

"Some" isn't a measurement. What kind of recipe video doesn't include exact measurements, especially for something like dough?
