      Does it work with almond flour?

    • @PlantifullyBased
      @PlantifullyBased  3 года назад +1

      @@jessyglam2238 I am not sure I haven't tried, I don't specialize in gluten free baking my best suggestion is a 1:1 gluten free all purpose flour

    These look really good. These will be perfect when my family comes to visit. You should try your hand at sourdough bread. I think you would do well with it. There is a learning curve but it is so worth it. And fermented bread is so tasty and easier to digest. Have a wonderful weekend xoxo

    Make a poolish/biga for 18 hours and then put that into your dough you make. Then cold proof or room temp proof. Cold proof 24-48 hours. Room temp maybe 8 hours. Also deep frying them will taste better.

    I would roll the dough out flat.
    Put sauce and cheese on half.
    Fold it over.
    Roll it out.
    Then do knots?

      If you aren’t vegan you can use regular sugar, but some sugar can be processed with bone char so if you are vegan be sure to use organic!
