  • "La Mer Prair" is the name of the famous female chef of the same name Auberge (restaurant and inn) founded in Mont Saint-Michel in 1888, and is called "Aunt Prair" in Japanese. To do.

    No idea what the random barley stock side part is, and what do you coat and fry..is it foie gras? Fish? And what are thise soft pototo- like things? Scallops? . Proper info would be nice. Seriously why post a video if you dont give any info with it?

    メレンゲにした卵なんて大して美味しくないぞー
    と思って観てたけど、半熟状態にしてリゾットにつけて食べる
    ソース的な役割なら美味しそう!!
