You sure got a lot done. Wiring and a control panel and track painting and track work…. You’re making great progress.
Thanks 👍
Looks like it’ll be a great layout. Cheers Peter.
I'm happy with it so far!
Excellent progress, lots done but more work to come , looking good
Excellent layout, congratulations
Thank you!
incredible progress you have made, really enjoying this series!
Thank you!
Wow that’s going to be a serious railroad I started out in HO great work
Thank you! I tried N scale briefly years ago but couldn't get over how out-of-scale everything was. Now my eyesight isn't good enough anyway.
Background buildings are a great idea. One thing that I don't see a lot of is the use of mirrors in small spaces to give the illusion of more depth. Maybe that would help some in the narrow area.
Thanks for the suggestion. I will keep that in mind. I certainly will be looking into photo-realistic backdrops for this area to help with the depth issue. The one's I have seen on others' channels look fantastic. Plus, it would be a great excuse to visit all these places again that I intend to model to get actual panoramic shots of the backgrounds as I have seen others do.
Very nice, be fun to watch your progress.
Thank you! Hope you're still watching!
You could always use essentially lol. Great progress and excellent work.
So basically what your saying is...Ok...everyone break out their thesaurus! Great suggestion! Maybe I could try shooting the video then dub over it with a script. That would be cool. May have to look into that.
@@KandWRailroader I did say that with my tongue firmly in my cheek. It's the Thesaurus Rex you gotta watch out for!
@@hotdogpilot6319 Oh I know...you just don't realize how many times you say a single word until you hear yourself on a recording. Now I'm going to be super self conscious about it. Gonna have to remember my speech class training!
nice man , thank you
Thank you!
Basically, your doing a great job….patience, basically being your best ally 😊…your building a big layout and progress doesn’t always look like progress…gonna google map Lamar to get a feel of what your modeling…
I think future videos are going to have to start with a "word of the day" from now on like PeeWee Herman back in the day! 😂 As for checking Google, I found using the streetview very helpful when possible. Now if only I could get Google to add "railroad track view", that would be a boon to all model railroaders!
@@KandWRailroader I did go look at Lamar Co…neat little town…spent some time in Greeley, Golden, Denver and Cheyenne, WY this summer visiting museums, layouts and railfanning…really enjoyed it…
@@georgiasunbelt It's been a couple years since I've been to Colorado...I miss it badly!
If the word, "basically" didn't exist, then there would be just a lot of dead air during these videos so... 😁😂🤣
