JG, it seems like the richer cities get, the more homeless they have! Great video as always!

Actually Gavin Newsom has taken action to prevent the drug addicts from being attracted to certain cities, for instance, he prevented legislation from being passed that would have opened more of those consumption sites that addicts are attracted to.
The situation in LA seems to be very similar to what’s going on in Vancouver, Canada. It’s the drug addict enabling organizations that are attracting drug addicts from other places. A lot of conservative provinces where local governments don’t do anything to deal with homeless people and addiction are attracted to and in some instances shipped to Vancouver where they can be enabled and handed more drugs, where the “advocate groups” interfere with police preventing police from acting against the open drug use, tents up and down sidewalks, etc. Every time the police or city try to do something to clean up the streets and sidewalks, the “advocates” are right there interfering, trying to provoke police, clean up crews and then they publish their staged propaganda videos all over making it appear police are “victimizing” homeless people when in actuality the police are trying to clean things up, get the drug addicts off the sidewalks, etc. it’s this culture of pandering by to “advocates” that’s is causing such decay of our communities.
And also in California, it’s people who are homeless in other states being attracted to California and to LA because of the weather, financial assistance, etc.
not sure about LA but in Vancouver another major issue is city councillors who continue to approve the building of luxury developments with expensive condos that no one can afford that cause displacement, rent increases, etc,. People need to start demanding city councillors build regular and affordable housing rather than luxury developments.

As I’ve alluded before in a sense, do you wish to solve the homeless issue or the CAUSE of the homeless issue?
There’s a Lang Martinez that was homeless himself and he explained it best on California Insider. I’ll let anyone who’s interested to go watch it, but he basically broke it down to this…California doesn’t have a homeless issue, it has a drug-infestation, mental health, and unaccountability issue and he lays down the facts on why that is.
California has become nothing more than the country’s toilet (a fully filled toilet, in fact). It’s all coming full circle when you see that the “homeless” issue is connected with the Rising Crime issue, which is also connected with the Higher Prices issue, which in turn is also connected to the Bureaucratic Red Tape issue, which in turn itself is connected to the Agricultural issue, which - you guessed it - is also connected to the Lack of Accountability issue, all of which is perpetuated by the political party you elected into office.
Look, I’m not here to cheerlead for a certain group or another, but if you voted for Newsom (or any of his friends and lackeys), you deserve every bit of what’s happening, plain and simple, take accountability for your actions.
