During All Souls Day/ All Saints Day, they weed it. Even if the family are not here in the Philippines, families of neighboring tombs will clean that up. In Catholic cemeteries, they usually do a general cleaning every year before the All Saints Day. In public cemeteries, usually the tomb of protestants are neglected, because the protestant families don't want to be associated with Catholic holy days. So some Catholic family clean them, but many Protestant tombs are neglected to the point of totally destroyed graveyards.

Is it called an ACR card you get after 2nd visa extension? I believe there's different ones, and some work to get you a senior discount.
