Often, all we need is a simple act of kindness at the right time. Many people long for a more social life, and they feel that will get back a degree of normally. A rare but narrow window of opportunity it´s already opened. What, though, if it seems that something prevent us from performing good deeds? Regardless who the other are, we all must be unselfish and avoid greed. After all, God takes note and He keenly aware of our pain. Amazing topic, BBC. Must appreciated.

Thanks, BBC for a helpful lesson as usual.
    My note while listening
A random act of kindness such as helping strangers to cross the road. The main topic is kindness which scientists have become very interested in.
According to Dr. Campbell, kindness seems counter-intuitive at first as it can cost something as we give away presents, and money to help others without having anything in return. Actually, we can experience a sense of reward or a warm glow when we're kind to others. Our brain remembers this kind of experience and motivates us to do something kindly again and again.
In the ruthless world of politics and business, people often believe that empathy is unnecessary. However, compassionate leadership in fact leads to a fairer society, lower crime rates and a higher level of public health and well-being. It actually takes courage to act with compassion.

Politics involves fierce debate and criticism of anyone who disagrees with you but are those who belive it doesn t have to be like that a movement called compassion in politics "Compassionate leadership leads
to inclusive cooperative outcomes which lead to fairer societies lower crime rates" Wow ! Super !! En la política por lo general se agreden unos con otros en las campañas políticas para desprestigiasen etc y lo que quiere el pueblo es propuestas reales y que sean cumplidas no peleas sin sentido esto lleva a la violencia. Por otra parte sonreír una palabra o un gesto amable, mostrar compasión o sentirla y ser amable es de valientes.
