Hilarious review! The reason for the odd placement of some keys is that for retail use you would only use the lower half of the keyboard for most of the time. Keys like Enter and Backspace are also standard on POS keyboards, so they are moved down so that someone working in the checkout would never need to use the upper half of the keyboard and accidentally hit one of the verious small keys that aren't used. In fact, most POS keyboards probably don't have the alphabet so you can type words on them!
I love imagining how it would be trying to type with other layouts using weird keyboards like these. You won't be able to type { } [ ] due to missing Alt Gr + numerical key combination, unless Ctrl+Alt+Symbol Shift works, then Y U I O will give you these symbols. Y and Z will be swapped as expected. French; due to the AZERTY layout moving M up to the left of L, this will make it awkward to access. Press Symbol Shift and C for M and V for m. Due to the numbers and symbols being swapped around on the number bar, pressing Symbol Shift and Q W E R T Y U I will no longer give symbols, but instead the digits 2 3 4 5 7 8 9 0. Missing 1 and 6. Other languages will be messy as well. This isn't a good keyboard.

...who wants to bet that the red enter actually sends the NUMPAD_ENTER keycode, and that many POS apps have special use for that one, different from normal enter?
maybe you are supposed to slap the enter key with your right palm?
potentially, yeah - I really couldn't imagine just pressing it normally all day, that would be so tiring
Genuinely mad at how hard I laughed at square enter kicking basic return's ass
That touchpad soundtest was really good, the smoothness and how your finger glides on it is spot on.
I don’t even remember how I found this channel but these vids are amazing
Its just a laptop without the top so just lap
How is it possible that even if I don't care about keyboards at all I still found this entertaining.. Props to you
Its for commercial use. I worked at amazon before and they had computers with only keypads and keys for their program, that looks like it goes to a cash register and the f keys are for the different options on the screen. But you wont do a lot (if any) typing words, itll mainly be for numbers and those f keys
This keyboard is like the one kid who came in last but still got a medal because he still tried
I honestly really love this layout not for Typing it would be awful to type, but god it seems like it would be amazing for like an MMO
congrats on 727k views
ngl, I was expecting you to just smash that enter key on the sound test
