I would like to see if you made an actual cassoulet an make I video on that not everyone has no time to cook. Even with a job I love to cook I’d make a delicious cassoulet for a Sunday and eat it the next day(when it’s better any way) so ya that’s would be cool to see if you do any of those classic French delicious dishes with your own take on it.

This is not a Cassoulet, they originate in Carcassonne, look at the proper videos of Cassoulet. This looks like a nice meal, though, it just needs another name!

After watching numerous French chefs cook cassoulet, taking anywhere from 4 hours to 3 days (if they make the stock and confit duck leg from scratch) I can understand their desire to banish Jamie to a Cistercian monastery for life for murdering their cuisine.
I used to like Jamie’s earlier series. And books. Since he c8nstanly addressed everyone as ‘guys’ and spoke to the audience like 5 yr old I lost interest.
20 years ago in Hong Kong. SARS had a lot to do with the local produce markets too. There must be a link. Well, animals were not made to nourish. Are not designed to nourish. Really is a misuse.

Ken watch it again and right the ingredients down. Non of it was specific measurements anyway and that's the key. Adapt to what you have.
