American sausages are AWFUL. When I was living in Wellington, NZ, every "suburb" had their own butcher shop and they were REALLY competitive with their sausages.
With all of my admiration for your cooking skills, please don‘t call it CARBONARA if you use the white of the egg! You don‘t want to eat that eggwhite raw, wouldn’t you?
Although J really like Jamie's recipes usually, the title on this one 'that I have to try'. I don't have to try anything anx resent anyone telling me what I have to do in that way- I avoid these videos like the plague. This is going to be one of Jamie's that I DON'T DO for that reason.
