Loved Vangibhath n the process .But we use green long Brinjals for vangibhath(Mysore Badanekai). It's yummy..These round ones are for making Ennegai.👌👍
I am also a Bangalorean. Your vangibath powder receipe is good. Can I suggest you? You can add other vegetables like beans , carrot, potato, peas and cabbage. It will be more tasty.

Awesome recipe but anyone who does not tell what kind of chilli is to be used isnt a good cook. In India there are umpteen varieties of chilli (kashmiri, byadigi, guntur and so on). Using one vs other changes taste and spice level. Especially when putting 20 chillies it matters a lot.
Very tasty video. Kindly try these eastern India receipies like dalma -puri jaganath Temple prasadam, then parval alu subji or curry , sweet and shout khatta made with tamato and jagery or gud. Thanks
