Hello Gita mam, me and my 3 year old son regularly watch your recipes. We're fond of your style of explaining recipes. Could you elaborate in some video about the use of iron and brass wares in kitchen utensils. In market there are many sellers for iron cookware.. but don't know how to assess the authenticity as some iron kadai's on use leave black pigment to the food and on washing too. I would really appreciate your input in this regard. Thank you again!
