You did an excellent job with this analysis. Your point about their strategic positioning to bypass building trust from scratch was very insightful. You're right, these guys are not just masters of their instruments, but are experts in promotion and marketing. Now if they could just get their merch quality in check. lol
Thank you, I am glad you liked the video. Please share with anyone you believe will also find my content informative and entertaining so we can make that happen :) I appreciate your kind words!
Interesting vid. Essentially, this is a YT iteration of television doing the "guest starring" thing back in the day, which may have been preceeded by radio before TV was a major platform (or in response to keep listeners). Love Vai, Satch (Joe Satriani) and Yngwie, but the video clip when mentioning those guitar heroes (@4:47) shows EVH. Can you fix it?
@@a.c.m.4548 yes, but this channel is currently not receiving money directly from RUclips and copy strikes aren’t harmful until you are and also copyright free music exists
Thanks Ethan, I have music from friends and other musicians I will eventually add to my videos. I am just focused on other aspects of my content that I want to get tight first before adding new things.
@@benseraphin for sure. The only other thing I notice is that it seemed like you were talking a bit slow, but your channel is informational and it does help with understanding. The downside is people have short attention spans now days, but it seems to be working still so keep up the good work!
Knowing how Tim loves Kanye's music, with O.D.'s chords being taken from Champions, and the recent uptake in gospel chord progressions in songs like Genesis and Reverie, it's potentially fathomable

Not possibl to fix now but I will try to be more mindful with my editing in the future. Thank you for watching!
Another great video my guy. Is there a reason you don’t put music behind your videos? I feel like it would add a lot.
Copyright strikes.

@@music_ethos thanks for the feedback.
polyphia is a marketing juggernaut, genuinely wouldnt be surprised if they randomly came out with a song with someone like kanye
Who knows what the future will hold. Look at the recent collab between BMTH and Lil Uzi Vert. This is a very exciting time in music!
