I just hate seeing my hair breaking, it really sends me mad with anger, its frustrating surely, am glad u are in a protective style now, secure them strands!
Girl, when things start to go wacky, I don't hesitate to protective style. And that usually helps a lot. I can agree that breakage is quite frustrating especially when you can't quite get it under control. But once you realize what's causing it.. 🙌🏾🙌🏾
I was thrieving a week's ago and now. I have no hair at the back and I'm loosing my sides. I did a protein treatment to "help" I think it made it worse. All we can do is pray. Our hair needs some serious prayer.
I loose that amount of hair almost every wash day and I have now given up on blow drying my hair. I have tried everything and I am extremely careful when I detangle my hair but it seems to have an extreme aversion to staying on my head! 😑😑 I think my hair hates me or my head.
Ohh no- this makes me sad from reading. I think you may need to start observing the products you use then. Because, if your technique is good, from what you're saying, it could very well be a product problem. And is it moreso breakage or shedding?
@@DenaJ I have been thinking the same thing and have invested in a few different products and tea rinses to see how that goes. It is an excessive amount of shedding because most of the hair is long and just a little bit of breakage
This happened to me on my wash day 2 weeks ago. I lost a handful of hair and I was broken. Asking myself if I did anything wrong with my regimen. But last week, I decided to do a protein treatment and followed up with a deep condition. I literally babied my hair through out the process and I lost less hair. I also used more leave in and changed my moisturizer on my washday and I saw a huge difference! Now I get it when people say, listen to your hair, it’s always talking to you.
Wow... we all have made mistakes and cause our own setbacks. It's a hard lesson learned but thank goodness for your good spirit and transparency to let is know it happens to the best of us. This too shall pass 🙌
Just went through this the other day and without a doubt it was because for one my hair was super dry before washing it and 2 I tried a new deep conditioner which had no slip, but there goes me raking through my hair anyway. Just saw hair in shower like I had never seen before. Lesson learnt at least. Also please don't take the Lord's name in vain.
I think I’m losing hair due to stress and sadly I’ve just accepted it. I want to focus on reducing my stress and focus on my mental health. I’d rather be bald and happy than have flowing locks and depressed. Plus why not embrace that I look like a mango with no hair….
Hey hun. If you've identified the root cause of your breakage, then most certainly, work towards addressing it. We underestimate the impacts that stress can cause on our bodies sometimes. Find some ways of unwinding and relaxing your mind...xx
@@DenaJ I’ve been working on it. Eventually I’ll get to the point I need to be, then I can start commenting on more of your vids that I’m on your level lol

Yes! You really have to listen, but most importantly, act.

Surely will pass, girl. Xxx
How many weeks are you post relaxer? Will you share your treatment process?
I'm currently 13 weeks post relaxer. At the point of this hair hair loss however, I may have probably been around 11 weeks.
