- So I've been on the hunt for some moisturising products for my relaxed hair. Over the last few months, I've purchased shampoos, deep conditioners, leave-ins, oils, you name it! As you might be aware, my hair has been breaking so using the right products along with a solid regimen are just some of the things I'll be doing to get my hair back to its former glory.

I'm relaxing my natural bra strap length hair next month, and the line I choose for my go-to was Ouai. I got the shampoo, fine hair masque, the leave in ( that's a heat protection), and hair oil ( also a heat protection). I can't wait to use them. Some other relaxed girlies rave about them 😊

I'm natural and on my 4th jar of the Design Essentials Almond and Avocado Deep Conditioner. There's NOTHING to compare it to. It's my absolute favorite deep conditioner.

I had tried the TGIN shampoo and I totally agree with you. You should try the joico moisture recovery shampoo. OMG

I really liked the quai detox shampoo, and I love their leave-in conditioner as well. Right now, I'm using the Kristen Ess micellar shampoo that's good for build-up and hard water. I've found that for a clarifying shampoo, it's very moisturizing, plus it has a nozzle that makes it easier to apply directly to the scalp. I've been loving lotta body for my edges. It does a really great job. 💜

The design essential product line and the affirm product are quit similar. To my knowledge I don’t think there are any formaldehyde in the design essential. Currently I use the design essential relaxer line. I really do love the design essential products. I am yet to try out olaplex products. You showed a nice selection of products.

I love DE and I use the oat and henna shampoo for clarifying, the honey creme shampoo for moisture-smells good too and the rosemary and mint moisture deep conditioner. I've been using these 3 for over a decade and love them. maybe I'll give this other line within DE a try
