Thanks for watching dear! When you fry on a high heat it usually cooks very fast, leaving the inside uncooked and brown up so fast on the outside! The key is to fry on a medium heat, ones your oil heats up after transferring the egg rolls or the scotch eggs to the oil reduce your heat temperature to medium, if the heat is too low it will absorb a lot of oil and if too high it will brown up so fast leaving the inside uncooked! So please fry on a medium heat 😊

If you're in a city where bread crumbs is un available, you can make yours, you regular bread cut in pieces, dry in oven, and grind it to powder form, you can add some flavors like garlic powder, or any spice you have. You can also check RUclips for bread crumbs
