I always get my dinner under 7.30 pm and get up at 4 am or before in morning. ..thn I drink 1-2 glass of water and thn I make a very small cup of milk tea with lot of ginger ..I like tea in morning a lot..after 2_3 hours I get very hungry..and my wife make breakfast for me..I take lunch before 12 pm in day ..I feel healthy with this. Yes I take breakfast and it suites me. Yes sometime when I don't sleep properly..I skip it and sometimes skip lunch too with a veg sandwich or 2 apples only. But I always take dinner before 7.30 pm. I think this decipline work for me a lot.i never feel any lack of energy, although i feel fresh always.

I live productively and creatively. I do light exercises, ride a bycycle 30 km a week and play a musical instrument. I drive a car now and then, do some exercise to stimulate Neuroplasticity to improve my cognitive ability. 👍
