Three Sides, Three Labels

This system applies three labels to three sides of containers. The labels are applied to the top, bottom, and one side. The system is versatile enough to label both cake containers as well as corrugated cartons.
The system includes three SL1500 stepper driven label applicators mounted on a heavy duty, interupted belt conveyor. The product spacing is achieved by running the aggresive belt conveyor at a slighly faster rate than that of the lead-in conveyor.
The system framework is constructed of powder coated steel tubing. The conveyor side frames are powder coated aluminum channel. All other components are anodized aluminum, stainless steel and plastic.
