Hello Mark, I have written a review on my Yamaha Tracer 7gt. Would you like to see it, and if so could you send me an email address for it? I wouldn't mind if you used some of the points I've highlighted in your test of that model. Stephen C
Handy review Mark. I have an EcoFlow Pro 700W. When new it could run my office for around 11 hours. My office consists of a Fibre/WiFi router + Modem, Large LED light and Computer drawing around 65W in total, but after about a year only for around 3 hours max. We have up to 4 hour outages here in South Africa and I work online. For the lifespan I feel they are expensive but still very light and easy to take around from place to place.
@@Jay_SpeedI have a small 1.2kW generator for extreme cases to replenish my 2.4kW Inverter with 240AH vented lead acid traction batteries good to run my apartment close to 5 days if used wisely. I also have a foldable solar panel I can roll out in the sun to help boost the batteries.
Should be fine for several hours of heat ...the diesel heater can run from 12v or 240 v ...you might want to look into the bigger power stations by allpowers for longer hear duration Cheers mark
Nice bit of kit i need one for camping as not all pitches have electric. Im swaying slightly towards an anker one bit more pricey though i know so not sure 🤔 great review as always keep em coming
Hi Mark. I wrote a week or two ago but can’t find the messages! I was asking for a Yamaha Tracer 7gt review. Well I have just bought one today (Ian Bell Yamaha, Bedlington). During my research your reviews were really helpful thanks, as I considered others like the NT1100 for example. Traded in my Honda Forza 300 with 23,000 on. Not bad for four years less lockdown year!! Really happy, thank you. Stephen C
No car charger ? Would be handy.

No generator or you don't have the place for it ?

@@dirkhuman760 You seem to be well equipped. Is it not a shame that the government cannot set up a reliability supply of energy.
how long does it take to charge from 0 to 100 with a 200w solar panel ?
About 8 hours in bright sunshine or more like 12 hours on a cloudy day
Cheers mark
Great review. Do you know if it can power up them portable diesel heater from Aliexpress?

Quite a unit to carry on the bike. I have a more compact Chinese one. Not as impressive as this one, though. Nick J

Wow what an amazing bit of kit, you don't realise you need it til you need it...if I was a regular camper, I'd definitely have one 😅, thanks Mark 😄 x

Nice one Mark...Will it fit in a top box 🙂
Yes easily:)
