Top 6 could be solidified once Demidov and Hage get a year or two under their belt. The D will be tight too. Just need some tough bottom 6. Maybe F Xhekaj fits in there with some bigger guys. Need a shutdown line and a hard checking line. Goaltending could be good with Fowler and Monty, but if Fowler doesn’t pan out they could need to be addressed in a couple years. I think the rebuild is basically done but we won’t see it for a couple years. Know what I mean?
By the time Demidov gets a big contract, I think there might be 1-3 guys with bigger contracts than Suzuki. And yes leafs do suck and f’ed up everything in classic Toronto fashion. Nothing makes me happier.
