Great Story and great tutorial on the 200. All of Canada will be looking for Heroes heading to Tokyo 2020, and you are a Top Candidate for our cheering & support. Keep Driving, Keep Pushing Aaron...!
i’m a sophomore in high school and i’m running my first 200m today! i’m not certain that i’ll win in my heat but this video makes me more confident and ready to run as best as i can!
I just ran my first meet doing the 200 and I was down 50 meters on the straight away against a endurance runner and 100 meter runner everyone else was far behind and he has 30 meters left I caught up fastest ever ran then he slowed down so I went even faster in the end it was a photo finish and I won first ever 200 and it was a 27 second at 14
Hey man can I have some advice? My pr for the 200 is 22.7 and yesterday I ran a 23.5 in my meet but I was in lane 8 so wasn’t sure how to pace myself or anything can you help?
@@ianm8218 It depends on how strong you are, And how You’re build. Personally, i like every lane from 4-6. Lane 3 is little of a tight one, And lane 7 And 8 are taste of hell for me. Your opponents are hunting you, at the same time, the lanes are pretty wide. But like i said, it depends on Who you are.
Hopefully I make it to d1 college for track and field. It’s my dream and goal. I just gotta keep pushing, and when I make it, I’m gonna laugh at all the people that say I’m never gonna make it.
Or, in my case. Bam, I'm out the blocks, accelerate up to full speed, pushing till about 60m, then sure as shit it all falls apart, panting like a dog, loosing speed. He's fucked it.
Who is watching this on sports day like legit right before u go
Im watching before i train
Literally me rn
Me💀
Me
A week before I go
Dude is so well spoken. Definitely has a lot of different career options after he's done with track.
Great narrative! Solid.
Thanks for watching!
I love the part where he said no one gonna accelerate near the end so keep the form.
Any advice on why they don’t carry on accelerating to the finish. I’m doing my first 200m so i need some help with this
@@justinmartin9054 because if you pushed yourself as hard as you can your already going too speed
@@justinmartin9054 youll deaccelearate as your foot will be on the ground longer
Same.

Track & Field athletes in Canada need much more recognition salute to Aaron.
I was the 200/400 runner you described. I was a master at corners and sustained speed.
Running a 200m today in Conference, I really think this helped!
Extremely well spoken
Well, that was great narration.
I'm watching this right now and my race is tomorrow. I'm tensed but I trust God.❤
I'm back here to say I came third.🎉🎉🎉

This is the best breakdown.
Thank you so much sir.
I have learnt alot about races
Anyone else thought the title said "Aaron Brown Walks Through a 200m Race"?
I just started Track and my coach said we’re doing a 200m sprint to see where everyone is at. Don’t want to get laughed at

Ahhh lane 8 is the worst... I personally like lanes 3 and 5
Outside lanes are the best, inside lanes are much tighter

Well for starters in 200 and 100m dont "pace yourself"
