If you want run with high knees and long strides and get fastest speed you should run relaxed and try not think About knees or strides just run relaxed in the end.
@@sharifzareeai8954They are professionals, and they are supposed to do whatever maximizes their chances of winning. We don't see them even trying to hit the ground with precision, which means they have no idea what to do in this situation.
Shout out for mentioning " that girl" Sha' Carri Richardson and giving her well deserved props!!. Can't wait for the Olympics! Ibelieve her D.O.D- Decade of Dominance started in 2023 and that it is just a matter of time before she breaks the 100m WR AND the 200m WR. My only question is on the 200 WR . Does she beat Flo Jo's record or Sherika's . I think she will beat Sherika's .
i always luv how americans sprinter runs..they have so beautiful style of running..michael johnson, gatlin, tyson gay..but how focus u r to science of running..u cant defeat genetic like usain bolt

As always great video! 👍🏾
thank you!
I agree, if you are not patience enough to dip for the finish line at the very last step, I rather just run through the finish line
Even if you are patient enough, you still prepare to lean at least five meters before the finish line and make at least one stopping stride.
I love Lyle Noahs.
If I ever become successful I’m s/o your channel. Use everything in my training and it does work. Can’t wait to learn more.
good luck!
Good luck 🤞
It's that last second lean at 80-90m that cost Dwain Chambers a bronze at the 2000 Olympics
Countless people have lost their races due to leaning.
I just watched that final again. The worst 10 meters I have ever seen.
I believe he wouldve lost his bronze anyway due to a doping scandal
@@TheNietrzezwy Ye that's true. I believe he admitted that he had been doping since '99 I think.
It's amazing to see world class sprinters doing so amateurish moves close to the finish line. 6:16
Indeed, it's surprising to witness elite sprinters making less-than-optimal decisions in the era of advanced technology.
after watching this video completely, i just have one question, WORLD CHAMPIONS OF WHAT???????
Está información vale orooo👀👀👀🙈
Gracias.
Amazing video!
I really wonder why so many professional athletes still do such basic errors.
thank you for watching!
Probably a combination of nerves, the amount of power they use and the speed they are going at
@@rubenvanderheiden6441 with all due respect, they simply don't know that precision is more important that hard effort
I mean the stakes are higher and it's hard to not follow your instinct in such a fast race I mean come on it's just a split second decision

Great video
Thank you for watching!
