Good Video Justin, might look in the tanks and see if you got some dirty slime in the bottom of tanks. As you my have algae growing and need drained and then get a mop head with rubber gloves and some algae cleaner. To mop the bottom of the tank out, cleaning the algae and everything out. Had a issue with an older truck in my father's shop so we did some mopping on 2 x 150 gallon tanks. Thank goodness only had few gallons of diesel fuel to drain and use on the burn piles of old trees and brush to burn up and start a nice bonfire. Take care and have fun with K100 cheers!

When the air dryer releases air it causes a cooling effect plus just driving below 40F it is possible to actually freeze the “water” outlet from the dryer causing extra water in your tanks and all other systems running on air (brakes,suspension,horns, etc.)so I would recommend connecting the heater directly to a motor running circuit and/or a temperature sensing controller…
Justin, I just had a visual of the interior, red on black seats, black sleeper upholstery, all because of that steering wheel. I’m seeing a bad assed interior 🤪
i had that style dryer on my 97 truck but i switched over to the bendix with the replaceable filter
Air Dryer Brass Fittings: Highly recommend Teflon tape on your brass fittings threads. Caution do not extend tape past threads such that it can enter any air passage (Teflon tape particles can block purge valves and pressure regulator).
Use of Teflon tape will greatly assist in leak-proofing your truck's air system. Note: For any fitting outfitted with a rubber O-ring, no need for Teflon tape.

No pipe dope or teflon on air threads?
I don't think your fuel lines are plumbed correctly. You have parallel draw and return lines. The tank with the least resistance will draw and the same for return, but they may not be the same tank. So you can suck one tank dry while all the return goes to the other tank. The two ways to fix this are to either have valves to select what tank you draw and return from or have a good-sized line run across tank to tank. The cross-over line usually connects where you have the draw line connected and that is really the tank drain to purge water on the bottom of the tank. Usually, you draw from the top of the tank using a suction tube this is usually a few inches off the bottom of the tank so you don't pull us the water and stuff in the bottom.

Yeah, you got that little heater in the bottom there of the air dryer for your blow off valve so it doesn’t freeze up in the winter time because when that thing goes out it’s not good. Ask me how I know.
Turn off Auto Brightness and that should solve the flickering TJ 🎉🎉🎉🎉

We used to take a air hose and blow back to the tank it will clean whatever is in the lines but have to disconnect the line from the tank first. Are its sucking air some were. Good luck y'all take care be safe

Black dot on screen is probably dust on the sensor. It is more noticeable then you are pointed at something lighter.

Theirs a small filter you can pull out on top of your fuel pump and clean. 9/16s hex headed cap unscrew and little filter underneath.

only thing I wasn't sure about with the air dryer is did you need teflon tape on the air fittings? Air leaks are a real pain in the you know what and are nearly impossible to find.

Hey Justin one idea for you that could also be a little bit of a problem why not take a look at the injectors going into the motor they could be a little clogged from old fuel gummy up that might be an idea for you because wasn't it also a little bit of a problem on your IROC maybe next time you put in fuel in the cabover maybe put some of that Lucas fuel additive that you put in your Volvo and possibly your W-9 but that's just a little idea I have for you

Ha ha Jesse and our driver just had Burger King for supper. Jesse had 4 Rodeo Cheeseburgers and 2 large french fries and a large Dr Pepper. They are in Iowa at tue location and they won't be unloaded until early in the morning. The driver's wife rode with them. They sleep and Jesse's driving. They are sleeping in a motel and Jesse's sleeping in the KW. They let him take a shower before they got settled in. We have a Star Shape steering wheel in the KW Cabover. We have a Starshape steering wheel in our KW also. We have those steering wheels cause that's Jesse's Aunt Maggie's nickname is (Star)
