Marmon was a premium truck built in the 70's and 80's they had a very loyal customer base. Man I can't believe I'm that old.
Nice looking rigs
Is Marmon connect anyway to Marmon Car company who car won the first Indianapolis 500 mile race
@bclautz yes they are the same, when they went out of business Navistar/International took over...1997 I think they dissolved...My Marmon was very heavy in weight becuz they were all hand built n they also had cherry wood floors n panels, we also didn't have 53' trlrs so 48'ft was lighter!
No Volvo JustTruckin, you forgot where you coming from I see.
I’m kinda liking the girl he has she’s happy n interacting with people n nice better most models I’ve seen they r rude n shy damn
T-dubs had me cracking up with her explanations on the air cleaners
Us too!
The truck in Gentrys booth was RUclips Star WestenChamplin. I started watching his channel years ago when he bought that Peterbilt from an auction, it was a rollover. Because of his channel I got into watching trucking again and found your channel Justin 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
That’s awesome appreciate it Matthew
Oshkosh built plow trucks, logging trucks, and fire trucks. They also have a clothing line to and store. There you Justin
Great info 😎🙏🏽
Plus Justin they also manufacture military equipment too. They have heavy, medium, and small military vehicles and other equipment. Examples are MRAD (mine sweeper ) and the new truck to replace HUMVEE
That was my truck getting polished. The guys did a phenomenal job on it. I showed the finished product in my Mid American Day 2 video!!
That’s awesome 😎🙏🏽
Oh yeah the Mormons are nice and also the the Brockway

Hey guys, it was great seeing y’all at the match show. Really good time.

Nice rigs😊
Thanks JUSTIN and T-DUBBS for sharing with all of us. Amazing trucks.
Marmon Motor Company was a Texas-based manufacturer of exclusive trucks from 1963 through 1997.
That's what I can find on the Marmon Trucks I hope this kind of helped you
They were all hand built, they were the truck that was over built so they couldn't compete price wise
Used alot around the oil fields of Tx and Ok. And of course to haul cattle
Hello 👋 it was a great show thank you guys for the gift I love it 😍 🙏
Appreciate you MICHAEL GRAY 😎🙏🏽♥️
I love u both @@JustTruckin
Love these American trucks and the work and dedication the owners put into them , they are works of art. I'm a truck driver in the UK and our European trucks just do not have the character of these gorgeous machines. Thank you Justin and tdubs for showing us around enjoyed the watch.
Appreciate you Paul
Thanks for taking us with you guys!!! !!!! Have a great night and we’ll see you tomorrow!!!
Our pleasure! Henry 😎🙏🏽
Great content ! Thanks guys !

That turbo on Bootlegger is somewhere between 30,000 & 50,000 dollars. The barrel on the front is where they put ice to cool the air between the turbo and intake manifold

Get the windows from RV store for Ur Sleeper to put in the back wall of the W9. There are sliding & one window. Cost less than the window from PACCAR
Great idea
Mountain Rushmore would be an awesome experience I not too long visited was awesome
In 1972 the first truck i owned was a Cab Over GMC Astro with a 318 Cummins and a Rayco suspension. Talk about a kidney beater. I eventually upgraded to another Cab Over a K-Wopper. Then when Peterbilt came out with the long nose double bunk sleeper with air ride suspension i was all in. The rest of my career was those pretty long nose Pete's.Cab Overs are pretty trucks but i would never drive another one as my everyday money maker. The old saying still holds true about "Old Truckers never die, they just get their PETER-re-BILT. LOL
😎🙏🏽
Thanks for coming by wish I caught yall this year
Me too man !! Awesome Show man 😎🙏🏽 safe travels Home
"shake some hands" - The Colonel I worked for in the USAF used to call sessions like this "grin and grip".😁
lol 😂
Quote of the day "Oh my goodness" 😂😂 Justin 👍
Established 1980. hell ya bro… need that cab over homes man was that fire! 👌💯🦉
Good year 😎🙏🏽
The truck in Gentry and sons booth, the blue Peterbilt with the four doors belongs to Westen Champlin if you want to watch some crazy videos.
Marmon was like western star everything was hand built
Justin your next truck should have a 3408 because you'll never be late with a 3408
I drove a cab over Marmon for E. W. Scarborough out of Phoenix, Arizona in the early 1980's.
Best 2024 Show walk thru. Hope that young gun of yours gets well soon, he is in good ✋️ hands.
Appreciate you and yes he’s on the MEND 😎🙏🏽
Matt is huge I would definitely would like to go next year for sure. And yes I see you ran into The person who comments first Michael Gray You guys have fun stay safe keep doing what you're doing thanks again in advance
Appreciate you Kevin 😎🙏🏽
I remember those cabover semi’s when I graduated from high school in 1985 cabover semi trucks 🚛 were popular then. 🙂
Awesome video, Justin. Thanks for sharing. I never get to go, maybe next year .
The Marmon trucks were considered as the Rolls Royce of trucks they were handmade. Navistar International bought the rights to them after they went out of business. And the Tim Gentry truck is Westen Champlin truck they rebuilt.
That’s awesome info thank you
@17:35 i just saw that tractor loaded on a trailer on the side of the road today in Knoxville, TN. Beautiful truck
Gorgeous
Gr8 Vid & Footage!!!!!!!😎🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊📸🎥📹📽🇺🇸💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💎

Hopefully you'll get a chance to go buy Gentry and sons booth
Always gotta get the good carrying bags for freebies. Spotted a driver of ours really really good. Screen shot tie frame of him and sent it to him. He thought we was there. I said no it's a video on RUclips that we follow. And they was filming there and I spotted you. Jesse spotted him first. Cause I can pair the cellphone to this TV in the hotel.
That’s awesome 😎
that Crown Blackberry is not bad honestly, I would strongly suggest it as a mix drink with 7up. But, back to trucking, I love the chrome and paint jobs that are so unique.
Nice I’ll have to taste it 😎🙏🏽
That was a great video… you guys enjoy your weekend and safe travels …..🤓
Appreciate you 😎
Hey Justin! It was great seeing you guys again! Wish you the best!
Marmins was a hand built truck like a Rolls Royce. . They share a lot with a Pete so parts sourcing was not impossible on the road.
Thanks for stopping by ❤
Awesome seeing you man And thanks for the Cabover instruction 😎🙏🏽💃🏼
There is a Marmon for sale in the Seattle area right now with a 3406b. Looks to be in really good shape. Their cabovers look like a milk crate on wheels. Speaking of cabovers, I can help you with yours and the stack braces. We can make whatever you want to fit your desires
Nice thumbnail… the truck ain’t too bad either !! 🤙🏻
Nice work, enjoyed the review!
Great vid!! Thanks❤
PTO is "power take off" that is the gear box option attached to the transmission to operate other equipment such as a hydraulic pump for orbit motor to run a fuel pump, anhydrous, propane pumps ect or blower for pneumatic trailers, or hyd winches, hyd hoist and many many other option and equipment.
Awesome info thank you
Justin, great video, definitely a bigger show than last year 😮. Soooo many gorgeous 😍🥰 trucks. ❤❤❤ All the green ones but, the blue colors this year were hard to beat too. Can't wait for tomorrow's video. God bless 🙏✨ y'all.
The last yr for Marmon trucks was 1997 in Texas plant was taken over by International and they built Navistars there
Oskosh holds patents on 4 wheel drives and makes what your boy would call "monster" trucks.
Airport firetrucks, special APCs for various armed forces, snowplows etc...
Your friend Steve @FSC Trucking carries them all over the place.
Looking great you two.
Мне очень нравится это направление. Вы молодцы 👏
Привет с России

Your truck would fit in MATS. Oh yea! Thanks for the show…
Justin! Can't believe I missed you guys. The 'Old School' W900 is mine and I was sitting in it when you went by. I tried to catch you at the Green APU booth but they were tearing it down already. I talked to Steve in the crowd and Alex in his booth, but missing you guys has me bummed.
Dang it 😑 next time 😎🙏🏽
Great video, I really like those 379 Pete's with the Caterpillar Engines. I think that's the best truck and engine combo you can buy.

Are Marmon trucks rare?
Given its low production numbers over the company's life, Marmon Trucks are extremely rare today. A few working models are still out on the road.Nov 27, 2023
Marmon, out of Fort Worth, Texas. Every O/O truck was custom built. Longevity of quality was hit and miss.
Just wanted to say good luck to everyone for the $500 giveaway on Saturday March 23 2024! Justin and TDubs have a great time at the truck show! I am going to have Corn Beef, Cabbage and Pecan Pie for desert to celebrate my 68th birthday! God bless you all and safe travels everyone! Enjoy the show!
Happy Blessed Birthday
Happy birthday bud enjoy it 🙏🏽😎
nice looking trucks
They sure are! 😎🙏🏽
Cool video
Seen a few trucks I recognize. That black Cabover with Rethwisch on the door Belongs to 13 year old Owen”Fred” Rethwisch, he has a disability so uses a Mobility Scooter, one of the fuel tanks was made into a storage unit for his Scooter.
You could possibly talk to Tommy or Brian at Semi Casual in regards your getting a window in the Kenworth, they are located in or near Crossville, Tn, look up Semi Casual on RUclips.
I like the 28s
Everyone loved marmons
To answer the question if its blue or purple ..... Your both right ... its a tri coat paint job... its a blue base with a heavy pearl over it that pops purple in the sun and clear over it all.......
Beautiful 😎🙏🏽
got to have that chucky truck with lit up eyes. I went to see a third of the band perry last night. It was Katy Perry in an acoustical version of their songs. She played for an hour in Yucaipa caliornia. If she comes your way I would recommend it. Nice evening out.

You for Real, real have never heard of Marmon? Damn them and Autocar were most of the heavy haulers for logging in the Northeast
Amsoil mentioned something on his videos about Marmon, Here is their wiki page
Marmon Motor Company was a Texas-based manufacturer of exclusive trucks from 1963 through 1997.
History
In 1963, after Marmon-Herrington, the successor to the Marmon Motor Car Company, ceased truck production, a new company, Marmon Motor Company of Denton, Texas, purchased and revived the Marmon brand to build and sell premium truck designs that Marmon-Herrington had been planning.
The Marmon truck was a low-production, handmade truck sometimes dubbed the Rolls-Royce of trucks.[citation needed] An overcrowded American truck industry and the lack of a nationwide sales network led to the eventual failure of Marmon trucks in the USA. The last Marmon was made in 1997, and the production facilities in Garland, Texas, were taken over by Navistar’s Paystar division.
