The eye for finish detail, the things most will not ever notice is what make a build complete.
Oh I will notice the little details is what I'm always looking for when I'm at car shows and will point it out to the owner.
One time this guy had a chop 1936 FORD looked like a barn find, but the body looked to straight for being a barn find he made it look old even painted rust on the body put rusted bumbers on it. I looked at it closely and told the owner it's a fiber glass body. He said I was the only one at the show that notice that it was. He did a really good job to make it look old barn find. The body look to straight for being that old. You know when they built them back in 1936 they were not that straight.
please dont stop with these series. these are great! love watching these!
Yes your damn right. Someone like mike is the reason that i'm watching some television. The rest is all fucking fake bullshit.
I can not comprehend how you do not have about a million subscribers!
You are all business without drama. You are a master of your craft in multiple areas.
This has become my very favorite and most refreshing channel on RUclips!
Mike, you are a crazy ass!!
We could use more like you!
yea man this channel is the real game, fun, learn something, watch someone build great looking running driving cars.. love it
Your next t shirt design should include the phrase "according to my calculations".
I'd buy one, for sure.
63 years old fell in love with cars at 8 years old love to watch you work THANK YOU
The hardest part is having the patients to slow down and do things right.Damn good looking car car keep it up.
Once again, great craftmanship, but the one thing that stuck out to me was when he said. "I can do whatever I want, it's my world." This is why he is who he is because he doesn't see any limitations. He is an artist, visionary, and innovative while being classic and timeless at the same time. His whole thinking process is all about the details if you pay attention to him.
That glove box chit was badass 👍 smart making templates for laters
You are a true craftsman from start to finish.
Mike can do it all with perfection, a talent that very very few have . Keep up the great work as a great teacher that is helping others to learn from your wonderful talent. Kingfish.
Mike you are truley an artist. Thanks for letting us watch over your shoulders and be reminded just what true attion to detail really means.
Wish your video's were longer. Mabey an hour or so. just about the time I'm getting in the groove watching, it's over. 🙁 You do really awesome work Mike. Thank you for shearing. You take pride in your work without being prideful.
The finish work ,to that level is what separates. The men from the boys. Top shelf work !!!
That’s a master piece, I think putting back all the trim and chrome without scratching the fresh paint is a challenge.
Thank you Mike for sharing your great building and finishing artistry. I have been schooled Holmes. Ta-da - serious lokochon. 👍 😎🤠
This Man is a Jack of all trades beautiful craftsmanship 👍
The dash is such a clean, direct and solid statement. Looks amazing! Screw the cup holders bro.
What a blast watching you put the finishing touches on the 39. Killer ride my friend!
Man I will tell you I look fwd to a notification on my phone that says another video from Bellos Customs & cant wait to watch it. There's nothing that I haven't seen you do on a car except build motors but I'm sure you could. It's so cool to see the transformation from start to finish you leave no stone unturned you do it all & do it right my brother. I only wish I could get you to do a build for me it would be an honor. Much respect & admiration to you keep doing it like you do man I fucking love it...👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Man you do fine work on that wiring.I have been wiring up everything from logging equipment ,commercial boats, yachts and hotrods for more then 40 years and that wiring you have done is top of the mark workmanship. A tip that i use to tape wires in very tight places is to roll the tape back on its self until I have 1/2 to 3/4 inch roll break it from the main roll then just roll the small roll on the wires ,with some practice a person can tape harness tight and neet >Cheers
Your craftsmanship is killer, and your absolutely right about the hardest part of the build is the final assembly. Everything is finished out and that's what sets this car apart from others.
I've watched a ton of different channels but this guy is 10 notches above the rest! He's got to be the best in the business!
Mike is both the artist and craftsman.
So satisfying to see someone else slaving away to make a project into rolling artwork!! just finished the cut and buff on my dads 1935 Chevy sedan.
Bello I will leave the Navy and come work for you just so I can learn the craft. You’re living the dream.
Sweet looking dash. Dig that center piece. Thanks for taking the time to share the build. Awesome !!!
I have done this myself as you are doing now with a non removable dash. I agree, to make it look perfect is the hardest part. All those multiple small contours at different angles...phew! Building parts rather than buying and replacing...that's real hot rodding! Takes time and talent.
What you're saying is, the painter gets all the glory.
One if the cleanest rides I've seen in along time attention to detail keep it up loco!!!
Many people have no idea the amount of work that goes into a basic paint job. Let alone a ride as nice as that. I used to paint vehicles in Air Force. Beautiful ride bro
I’ve watched you make all sorts of crazy incredible things, but I think that cardboard glovebox was the most satisfying.
Look at the center console, what a gorgeous piece of art !
You sure can make the details glow with all buffing and polishing, nicely done.
Cheers from Texas * * *
Whether you are forming the metal, wiring the car, or detailing to perfection - it is all awesome. Thank you for making my Wednesday morning better 🙂
Mike does it ALL. I don't think many can go from start to finish like Mike does!!!
That Zephyr is absolutely beautiful ! I just know you are building this thing to surprise me as a gift ! I can dream can’t I ! That Root beer paint looks like you couldn’t bite into it ! Has to be house of color ! You are one talented dude ! 🫡🫡🫡🫡✌️🇺🇸
Vato, you are spot on... the finish IS the hardest part. Mike, you are an artist and your craftsmanship is why your name if on the door. Thank you for sharing, love your videos and shared wisdom.
Mike, that car is so smoooooth. I appreciate your mad skills and attention to detail. I very much look forward to seeing that beauty finished and cruising down the road. Props to you young man!
That's what I tell people that want to get into the custom car building you need to have many skills from mechanical, carpentry, electrical, aplostry, body fender, metal fab, painting all those skills come in handy.
You can learn them as your building a Kustom. Collecting many diffrent tool's is a must have to building any project's.
color sanding and buffing is a pain in the ass but so gratifying after all that the steeps to get to that point but alot of people dont get the the time involved and how easy it is to F it up in 62 and spent most of my life doing body and paint , love your Chanel and keep up the great work some day i would love to meet you thanks again
Good to finally watch someone who knows how to build cars ,you know what I mean.Fantastic watching Mike thankyou for letting me be a part of your videos unreal.watching.
When you lit the dash up after you put it all together, that was a hell yeah moment. Beautiful
For me the hardest part of doing a car is finding a shop that allows auto body and paint but you’re right, the assembly after paint then the cut and polish are all skills that require a fine touch mixed with a bunch of experience.
vato loco gets down like james brown ...respect 💯💯💯
Im a truck and earthmover mechanic. Your job is super interesting and you're a master craftsman boss
The hardest part is the last 5% you can hammer through 95% but that last 5% takes the longest to get a quality finish and have everything tied up and presentable
As always top notch work!
Awesome attention to detail, Mike! I always liked the 39 Lincoln , even more now! Very cool build!
You are right about the finish touches on the inside. But the body and paint is also a big part. Everything counts on a sexy ride. And do it all home me
Bending door cards or custom panels out of cardboard feels natural to me. You go, Mike!
Door cards, arm rests, console panels, dash boards.
Find an upholstery person who feels the same way and you've leveled up bro!
Definitely the hours to make it straight or round and look like its supposed to yes finish work is hard. My Uncle taught me , He started with lead and worked 40 plus years. My first experience sanding with the idiot stick he called it. Long board for huge flat panels, finally the front fenders on my 55 , many times to get them looking right hand sanding around headlight and turn signal openings. Yes I would rather do anything else hehe but it all needs to be done.
That carrucha is coming out clean! You guys are getting down!!
Absolutely beautiful. You are a true craftsman. Thanx for sharing. GBU
Your You Tube channel should be a must watch for other builders. Attention to detail at your level seems so straight forward. I wonder why others don,t apply your techniques. I guess you get what you pay for. There is no replacement for experience, yes a good selection of tools help, but not as much as pride in ones work. I was curious why you don't use weatherpak connections for wiring susceptable to water infiltration. Thank you for sharing your talent and eye for detail.
Very cool , you gotta be real proud of that car. You have an eye for detail sir, respect.
sweet machine love it .Hope you do another video on another car when your done with this one amazing work.
I guess the hardest part for me is getting past that 90% completion mark and slowing down to get the details just right. It definitely pays off when it’s done correctly!
Another great episode Mike and Katapilla what a shitload of hard work to perfect a finish. Wicked bro
Your work is amazing, the standard of quality and detail in every process is pleasure to watch Thx.
I'm addicted to this channel man. It's an outrage!😀
Mopping & polishing, the most nerve-wracking, for me definitely. It takes such minor mistakes to screw something up. Keep up the solid work, homes.
I live in so California, the next time I’m in San Diego I’m stopping by.
What a fucking good job man
Thanks for another great video! The way that you recreated the glove boxes was bad ass
I can't express how much I'm in love with this car. Bello, you are the absolute perfect person to do this build. Match made in heaven. Thank you so much for bringing us along
Mike does everything top notch!
Awesome stuff. I love the car and your work. I keep checking back regularly for new videos. As others have said you are a true craftsman. I hope someday to get out to visit your shop.
Yes you are spot on with that. I'm a sheat metall guy. Loving shaping metall but ehen it comes to getting the car together that's a whole different story all together.
It be cool to see a retro cruiser with led lighting with original headlight assembly.
HELL YEAH. Let’s go! LOKOCHON TIME!
Think I need to see this Car in the flesh to appreciate the Colour. Just need to come over from Scotland 🏴.
Fantastic content of a master sharing his skills. Thank you.
I’m with you brother, the end is the hardest buffing and put it together...
Love the content cutting up piles doesn’t get no better than that !!!!
Know-How, und Präzision Perfekt. Super Arbeit.!!!!!

"with the other Bullshit...awww Fuck, I just cussed!" 🤣🤣🤣
I like to watch lots of documentaries of different customs from around the planet and I gotta say this is very impressive by far.
This is such a beautiful car, well done !!!
One firme Ranfla Mike, keep up the good work Bello's Kustoms crew. Much respect ✊🏽👍🏼
Mike, you are the King. Every new video is like Christmas morning.
Fabulous work ! thanks for sharing.
Bello custom old Time upholstery skills very beautiful “Bella” 😌💖🤗
Your right the buffing is hard ! And cleaning up all the previous “so called mechanics “ work lol looking clean pinky ring lol
I could Watch your show whole dag, nice work. From Denmark
A very special ride!
Those gloveboxes are pure quality, this was a enjoyable episode all 37min and 2 seconds
Fit and Finish Incredible !!
Love what you're doing. You are a true artist!
Love you're work guy's. Clean clean peachy clean. We would love to do an interior for you some day. O'Malley's Canvas.
Awesome craftsmanship... you are the man!!! 👍👍
Hardest part to me is within the customization. Making things even side to side, making sure your idea is gonna not only translate into metal but look good when completed
Thanks for another damn good show.
Another fun and informative episode. I hope you never change your format or your propensity for profanity. Be yourself always.
I remember the Dash Build Vid, it came out nice.
That dash is beautiful design , you did a great job.🏆
I agree! The hardest part for me too is the final paint and finish. I know if I screw up, I have to re-do all of it. No half ass'd touch up for me. You do an awesome job on it too.
Two phat thubs up fer ya!!
Your a master at his craft, attention to detail homie.
You're so right! The finish is the hardest part, you can hide the other stuff but you can't fake a meticulous finish! ¡Bien hecho amigo!
Quality, good work, luxury finishes and a lot of knowledge of your work, extensive knowledge. Greetings Bello's Kustom 💪🏁
Yup, the finishing, Locochon
I'm a Gringo and I gotta say, you the man. I'm in tune with your style and talent. Keep it up bro
Just like a house framing easy. Trim doors hanging. Flooring. Time. Time. It sucks but that's what the people see. Finish is everything. Nice mike.
Like you, I rebuild cars/trucks/motorcycles. You have always done, and continue to do topnotch work. Thanks for the vids.
