@AaronShenghao And shallower angle (less angle of attack) is safer during approatch and safer easier to derotate, make short runway landing easier and more room for error during bad weather. Airbus can do shallow angle landing too.
@daltons48 Not true, thus the 737 can preform short takeoff/ overloaded takeoff on shorter runways which A321 will get a tailstrike on the runway damage the plane. Plus 737 can use older boarding stairs which designed for prop airliners, A 321 is too tall for some of those boarding stairs.
Yeah they make 767s still. I'm pretty sure Delta still hasn't even gotten all of theirs. Go on boeing (DOT) com they probably have a list of products they're making. I'm 100% sure 767s are still made.
@nitbot What?! No. The A321 can carry a maximum of 220 passengers in cram-as-many-people-as-possible-in mode. The 737-900 carries 215. The 757 takes 234 but it takes them much further on a bigger aeroplane with higher takeoff weight and fuel than the 737/A320 family. So the A321 is perhaps a tiny bit bigger than the 737-900. Obviously it's bigger than "most 737s" but then the 737-900 is bigger than "most A32Xs" too. Saying the A321 is closer to the 757 than 737 is completely not true!
@daltons48 Don't assume that it's the Americans who love Boeings and Europeans who love Airbus. Quite the opposite in this case. America still makes cars that are 10 years behind the rest of the world but they sure can build an aeroplane.
Whatever the looks you big headed Americans ranted about what an amazing pilot Sully was after landing his airbus on the Hudson but glossed over what aircraft he was piloting!!
@avatarchris11 "Good" and "Beautiful" airplanes have absolutely nothing to do with each other! I think the jury is out on which one is the better aircraft, and will be for another 20 years. But I really can't see how anyone can call the A320 prettier than the 737. Not unless you have eyesight issues! The A320 is a remarkable piece of engineering and development, and a super efficient machine that deserves a lot of respect. It is also truly ugly.
You can see that the Boeing lands at a much shallower angle as the landing gear is too short or the plane too long! It's am obsolete design from the 60s why do airlines buy it when they can have the safe modern airbus!,,
@daltons48 Ok if I'd read this one I wouldn't have replied to your other one cos you clearly don't know anything about aeroplanes. At all. This particular comment of yours is almost embarassing to read.
That is pretty damn cool. Thanks for sharing this; stirred up old memories of watching trainer jets in dual formation, many summers ago.
Great vid! Nice catch on the Boeing vs. Airbus action -- simultaneously!
WOW!!!! Awsome take!!! Thanks!!
Great Video! Very well done!
fantastic shot!!! They both have the same landing characteristics! Slight float for both
im more of an airbus guy being that i like the flight dynamics are easier to control aboard the airbus
That's actually quite beautiful.
it is like formation in a jet!!! love it
Very nice landing
Beautiful race!!
very cool ...
A320... Clear Winner! Add Virgin = Absolute Winner!
Sweet video xD
It seems like they made a cmpetition of smoothest landing
I'm partial to the 737, but they are both great looking aircraft.
awesome :D
Go Airbus go Airbus! :P
@AaronShenghao

Whoa......
steady steady
@AaronShenghao The a321 is a bit bigger than most 737s tho. Its more in the same class as the 757 than the 737
AIRBUS AIRBUS AIRBUS AIRBUS AIRBUS!!
filmed through binocular?
2 guys loves russian airplanes!
@daltons48

ahh.. they both are quality how about Saleen vs Mclaren?
Pilots: I'll get the smoothest landing!
is dat at the park?
@abdhoms Passengers...haha...the pilots were probably like WHOA this is cool...and having to focus on landing and not looking out the window...
@aceridgey Actually the Airbus has demonstrated its floating ability...
What info. The 767 is Boeing...

@jamaicandonj Having problems with the a380

Fast and Furious: Airplane Edition
@daltons48 Nothing you have written here is based on fact. It's actually kind of amazing.
737 WINS
@avatarchris11 I think so and each with virtues.
No Boeing also makes 747s, 777s, 787s, and 767s. Not only 737s.
People say airliners all look the same but side-by-side can you truly appreciate how ugly the Airbus is compared to the Boeing.
lmfao this is like Chevy vs Ford. i am a Ford man and also I love airbus.. But i like chevy and Boeing..
SW wins ...1st tires to touch
i know that in the control tower love to play betting
Whatever the looks you big headed Americans ranted about what an amazing pilot Sully was after landing his airbus on the Hudson but glossed over what aircraft he was piloting!!
Airbus vs. Boeing
a320 vs 737
boeing vs airbus lol!
@daltons48 Wtf? lol

@GMkiller008 no, airbus wins watch the video again.

@jamaicandonj BET YOU CAN'T FIND ANYTHING NICE TO SAY ABOUT ANYTHING HUH??
I look at it this way: who can hide their ugliness better? *I'm referring the the gear doors that the 737 is lacking.
You don't make any sense.
