At first I thought that although her story is funny, she delivered the joke in a sort of bland way, but then that 40's accent slayed me and I realized she's friggin' insane and just needs a bit of practice. Also: Dayum! That woman's hot!
Sometimes delivering a joke in a bland way can be comedic, but it depends on how dark the joke is.

I don't know what she's doing now, but if Rachel is telling jokes it is a true physical danger to the listening audience, why?
