- Well, here it is! Our first video on our new channel!
8 years after the 'original' Black cover, we present you the 2020 rendition of this great song.
Our cover from Black has been viewed over a million times and has more or less brought us our 'fame'.
We'd like to thank all of our viewers, followers and subscribers for watching that video and especially those who've stuck with us untill now.
Many of you have requested to cover Black again.
We were quite hesitant and reluctant at first.
Would we be able to top that version?
Probably not, but the pressure for trying was really high.
Nevertheless, we decided to give it a go.
In my opinion, we could rehearse it over a million times, but it still wouldn't beat the 2012 version.
The one you are listening to now, is the second attempt and we thought to stick with it.
Just like the 2012 persoon of this song, we wanted to capture the moment as it was to keep the authenticity.
Thanks again for the all the views, comments and subscribtions.

Sounded more like Vedder in the old one, but can't fault a man for developing as a singer and gaining his own sound. Great job!

not really.. the mans lost it. I've done it as a cover artist- been able to channel something so deeply and losing it.. Sometimes it's just a different day- a different feeling in your heart. Age. Time and place.
I did it live though so memories hurt more than at least having video proof.

Mccartney when I did Blackbird-
It's all about how passionate you are, how much a song sticks a certain way in your mind- It's like as a talented cover singer, the delivery and everything but the actual lyrics get written to memory before contemplating literal- The pronunciation of words and how to get your voice to make each word sound natural is a weird learned skill- that isn't available on demand..
music is organic.

It's pretty well done. But nothing compare to the brazilian band Black Circle. Check it out
It’s good singing but he doesn’t have Vedder’s energy and passion and his rasp and rawness
His voice cures my depression.

I totally understand how you would feel reluctant to redo a true masterpiece. However you killed it. This upload should not feel like an attempted improved version. Rather it is just another version. I listened to the original black like a thousand times. So now I can listen to this 500 times and the other one 500 times. Hahaha but in all seriousness this is amazing. I came directly from the 2011 version. The first one sounds amazing but for me, this sounds mastered. I could see the progress and the work between the first one and this. Congrats to both of you guys. I just find this channel and I hope to hear more amazing covers from now.
