    Thanks for the video. awesome spaces. I see you have some equipment you don't use often either. I have some was well ask wasn't sure if its worth keeping them. Any reason you keep equipment you don't or haven't used in a long time?

      Mr. Tin's has two studios, a standalone one which is located in Santa Monica if I recall and a home based one.

    Why would you possibly need two studios? One upstairs and one downstairs in the same space?
