He started out with a minor leak but they didn't stop our day! After sorting out the leaks we started turning up the boost to hit our horsepower goals!
I am so happy with how this car has turned out and none of it would have been possible without the help of so many friends! Thanks to @JimmyOakes for all the tuning help!

Check the footage and look at the wheels. Make sure your barrels are not out of round. On multi-piece wheels, if you tighten the hardware in a regular circle they can be slightly "warped" in place. But they definetly look out of round on the driver side

I mean they were built by a reputable company, more likely a wheel bearing or something I would've thought
Saw the same thing. May have just been an oversight by the builder. Id definitely check
Three piece.us actually does not have a stellar track record. In the past two years they have done some improvements, but Inside the professional automotive industry there are many wheel builders and refinishers that have been given that product to repair hated it. Cheap china sourced metal and not consistant. Some are flawless and some are visibly bad. Not to mention chrome and other coatings coming off.

@@tjhunt_ if you look at the front driver side wheel on the video you can see it shaking. I’d investigate that because that’s probably what’s causing the shaking feeling at high speeds that you are getting
Teej, check your wheel roundness. I had vibration at high speeds and couldn’t figure it out until I pulled the wheels and watch them run on a balancer. They were dreadfully out of round.
Always a good feeling when a sick build comes together! If you watch tuning videos, it's very apparent that most of the time they are just solving issues. You see a lot more when your car in under a microscope. Turned out amazing!
your vibration at high speed you should check out your wheels! they look like they are a little bent on the dyno.. they look shaky... but nice job the car sound good and look good!

Hey Teeg,
When your trying to chase down that vibration with the S14 try starting at your front left wheel. I noticed when you were on the dyno that wheel almost looked like it had a mild buckle in it. I know the tyres and wheels should be good but it just seemed like it wasn't running as true as it should've. I know I'm just an Aussie from down under but I'm 53 and I've played with performance cars most my life and have a reasonable understanding of how things should be and look. I could be wrong but I thought that it might be a place to start your investigation. Keep up the great content buddy.👍🇦🇺
I noticed that too actually good eye! I’m going to start with re-balancing all the wheels again and since if it goes away!

Hey, Teej check your driver front wheel. In that shot on the 3rd or 4th pull. I noticed the wheel was shaking. Could be improperly balanced. Don't wanna risk that at high speeds.
this is probably the best itteration of anthony's editing style. Its similar to what you did before, not to havey with montages jusf clean minimalist overlays and great film quality. keep it like this. also s14 is too cool
Hell ya teej been waiting for you to complete this beast!! I use to have a set of lm gt2s on a s13 coupe about 10yrs ago n sold them for 700$ to pay off tickets to Renew my license. Hurts my heart to see what they are worth now 😂

Haha dude no shit! The sr was 2800$ back then n end up trading the car for a single cam pig nose cuz i got fucked by a painter that threw metal hose clamps into the oil cap n tore up my head. That car was my Great White Buffalo.

Looks like a fun street car. Sometimes it’s more fun to drive a car that you can take to the limits. You get lots of power with the c8 but also lots of problems.
Sounds like that caliper is dragging. If it is then that brake is applied and will cause that rotor to heat and warp. It's also possible that the hose going to the caliper is collapsed internally and not letting the fluid return to master cylinder when pedal is released.
@tjhunt i don’t think its bushing that’s cause the shake if u watch the video during the pulls u can seen the front wheels shake hard like that are unbalanced, like so tj can see this

From seeing you pull into the parking lot I think you have your turn signals miss wired. Pretty sure the outer ones in the bumper are supposed to be the ones to light up and not the inners, those are the fog lamps.

if you watch your wheels on the dyno there not 100% round . they look to be buckked so that could be your shake your having at high speeds. its when the front left wheel was in the frame while is was on the dyno 12:47

Vibration could be coming from the wheels. (Look at 12:48) Are the tyres balanced, is there play in the front hub. Is the vibration under braking or acceleration. If braking definitely brakes are f*cked. If acceleration. Check suspension bushings and drive train bushings.
Even with the squeaky brake best sounding car in the collection.

the awd dyno comparison is about 15%. whatever your horsepower number is you times that by .15, then add that number to your horsepower number
290 x .15= 43 290+43= 333(final horsepower number)
