To be fair, I seem to recall Steamboat Springs as one of the few towns I only heard of because they were advertising themselves as mountain bike destinations way back in the 90s.

I've essentially learned how to ride mountain bikes in Arizona (SoMo is essentially my backyard) and so I have a certain affection for rock rolls and drops. Man I wanna go there.
