    Biography: Dr Robin Bagchi, CFA
    Robin specialises in leadership dynamics, uniquely blending over three decades of transformative leadership experience with academic research in leadership psychology. His career began at Goldman Sachs, progressing through senior roles in investment banking, private markets, and venture capital across London and New York, including positions as CEO and Chairman. Robin’s academic journey is marked by a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and law degrees from the London School of Economics and Harvard Law School, where he was a Fulbright Scholar. He also holds a PhD in Leadership Psychology from City, University of London, reflecting his deep commitment to understanding the complexities of leadership behaviour and performance.
    This multidisciplinary academic background, coupled with a diverse professional trajectory, equips Robin with a comprehensive understanding of the complex challenges contemporary leaders face, enabling him to develop and implement innovative leadership practices. He possesses deep expertise in integrating self-compassion and compassionate leadership practices into organisational cultures. He underscores their vital role in enhancing psychological safety and resilience, mitigating burnout, navigating uncertainty, and elevating leadership effectiveness. His approach uniquely focuses on fostering a community culture within organisations, where mutual support and empathy lay the foundation, thereby reinforcing collective well-being and adaptability in the face of change. Additionally, Robin's expertise delves into the psychological underpinnings of Founder-Executive relationships and Board-CEO dynamics, offering a nuanced perspective on the interpersonal complexities that characterise leadership and governance in uncertain environments.
