  • Forward head posture is caused by chronically tight muscles pulling the head and neck forward. The most effective way to release these tight muscles is with a movement technique called pandiculation, which retrains the nervous system to release chronic muscle tension. Yes, I found your posture video through your book and have been practicing it almost every day. My forward head and overall posture have improved dramatically! My husband and friends have all commented on it! I've just started your online courses as well. Thank you for all that you do!

I do yoga. Would a full wheel pose help?

In some form yes but it doesn't address the root cause, that is the muscle tension. The best and safe way is to reset it with pandiculation exercises.

Hi, just want to let you know something is up with your website. The link goes to a weirdly formatted page that's not possible to read. Very interested in checking out your work.

Hi Danielle, Thanks for letting me know! Which link are you referring to? I'm not able to replicate what you're describing on my end - the site is loading correctly for me. Thanks!

I’m not sure why it’s happening but I tried it both on my phone and on laptop, and the site main page is fine but when I click the links to pages at the top of the main page it goes to that linked page, but the layout isn’t working.
I also tried your link from this video here and it went to the same distortion so I think the pages themselves might have some code missing or something minor- the text is all there but it’s in a weird state.
What it looks like is a formatting issue, all the links are in hyperlink text format and the text is all compressed and layered together so it’s impossible to read or access.
I’m an Apple user if it matters, and everything is updated. I hope this is helpful!

Hi Danielle, Can you try clearing your browser cache (browsing history) and then viewing the site? I'm accessing the site on three different browsers and two devices, and it's loading correctly on my end.

Well, I didn’t do anything but now it’s working so I don’t know what to say about that! But glad it’s all good, I like your stuff 👍
